I’m not sure what the issue is at this location, but the quality has consistently been disappointing. Approximately 90% of the time I visit, the drinks taste poor and the espresso is noticeably burnt. Considering that I spend around $100 per week at this establishment, I expect a much higher standard of quality.
Unfortunately, the continued inconsistency—illustrated once again by the appearance and taste of today’s espresso—has made it clear that I need to take my business elsewhere. This has been a repeated waste of money, and I hope the location addresses these concerns for future customers.

Friendly workers and fair price. My favorite drink is the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, with shot of espresso. I recommend the bacon, sausage egg and cheese burrito/wrap. Also, the ham and swiss baguette/croissant.

I am honestly surprised that this locations service was less than stellar like usual. I know people get busy, but it is extremely rude to not speak to your customers when they enter the establishment. Also I waited at the counter for a GOOD while and not one employee said a word to greet me and acknowledge they’d take my order soon. They were all tending to the drive thru and I understand, but your in store customers are important too, especially when it’s only one person in the lobby. People are paying almost 10$ a coffee, it does not hurt to say Good Morning or Hello. I was so surprised about this because I come everyday during my work week and Veronica and Vivian are the SWEETEST! But today I was a really disappointed in the customer service.

The past few months the customer service has been non existent and the coffee has been burnt 🙁 Lately I’ve gotten refreshers since the coffee has been bad the past dozen times I’ve gone lol, and I usually pay a little extra for fruit. It was just horrible. They served me a pink lemonade with extra ice, I removed the ice and it basically had nothing to drink, just yellowy pink water with 3 dragonfruit pieces in a Trenta.. I work a customer service job too and I know it gets stressful and overwhelming, but I also won’t keep paying for a cup of pink colored water. :/ My experience at the location closer to Walmart was really great though, even though it was busy. 🙂 ,

Fast service. Perfectly made drinks. Unusual lecture in the drive thru.
I am not a frequent Starbucks customer. I prefer ordering from the app because quite honestly Starbucks always confuses me. As we were driving by on a whim I suggested we start our morning of holiday shopping with Starbucks, the car agreed. So we turned in and placed our order from the app, then proceeded to the drive thru.
When handing us our coffee, the barista said, “next time, place your order further in advance of when you arrive.” Then just closed the window. No thank you or anything similar.
Everything else was perfect, now I’m just curious, how is placing the order by the app any different than placing it at the speaker in the drive thru?

Very nice, brand new and spacious Starbucks location. Lots of seating room and a centralized, comfy couch that will hold ten people easily!
The presence of this modern, sharp looking coffee spot really dresses up an area of Lufkin that desperately needed a face-lift. So glad this new construction took place.
I ordered a heavy cream frappuccino and it was ready in about 4 minutes! Service was friendly and excited to help.

Raspberry Cream Cold Brew. I dont like iced coffees but decided to try it because I thought the raspberry would make it sweeter. Not a fan. Maybe I should ask for more syrup, idk, still not a fan of iced coffee I guess. The drink was pretty and matched my Girl baby shower outfit.

Worst Customer experience of my life ever at a Starbucks. They were more worried about tipped money being distributed than helping the customers that were in the store as someone who is in management that wanted to fly whoever the management is there needs to get their crap together.

My coffee was great. Friendly employees. I used the mobile app and my coffee was ready for pick up when I got there.
My only issue is the drive thru is a mess and other customers block the entire parking lot. And it’s too close to the gas station so the traffic is running into each other.
