Amazing service, person taking order was very patient and kind. Attentive to us when we sat at table as well. Above and beyond for service alone.
Now to the food. This is a new standard for me. Food was amazing, hot, fresh and tasty as ever. The garlic nan was cooked to the perfect crisp and softness. Food spiced to perfection.
Portion sizes are epic. Two of us full and happy with spare food to take home for later!
Vegan options available too!!!

Swung by for lunch on a weekday and there was zero wait. The menu had a decent amount of options and prices seemed reasonable. This proved even more true when I saw the portion sizes. The chicken was tender and the sauce flavorful. Mild traditional Indian flavor and optional spice levels. I waited about ten minutes for my food. Good spot for downtown.

Oh my gosh, I’m so glad we stopped! We were headed to another nearby restaurant just for a small dinner to share. Someone was coming out of Spicee Bite when we commented “Oh, we need to try that sometime!” The guy said “Yeah you should, the butter chicken is amazing!” So, we u-turned and popped in. We got the butter chicken (medium spice), veggie samosas and garlic naan. I don’t know how many times I said “This is so good! I’m so happy.” The service was great, fast and friendly. We devoured all the food… probably beyond what we should’ve had, and promised we’d be back again soon. Such a great addition to downtown Salem!

First off it’s so refreshing to have a new restaurant in town that makes fresh homemade food. I started with the veggie samosa’s yum! The side sauce was so good. For my main course I was recommended to try the butter chicken (minus the chicken and substituted with paneer). And of course had to try the garlic naan. Combining the two together WOW! My new favorite dish. I usually will take home leftovers for my husband but I decided not to share and bring home is own order of the butter chicken. I highly recommend you try Spicee bite, you’ll love it.

The chicken curry was okay, it could have had more flavor and more sauce, the chicken could have also been cut in pieces more instead of big chunks. Also there was a wait and could be much better. Definitely could use more work to improve.

This place is great!! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was SO good. I got #3- curry with lamb. It was a good portion. I’ve always loved this building, the layout and ordering system is just like Bo and Vine. Has a nice outdoor seating area too. I’ll be coming back.

Very delicious vegetarian food. Best so far we had in this area. We enjoyed every bite of the food. Ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Veggie Korma and Paneer Butter Masala for a party of 4. Portion size was great and we carried 1 portion as to go. Straight five on everything.
