We have been buying Pizza from the Pizza Hut here in Gaston ever since they opened several years ago, we always have a great experience, from online app ordering, to the service we receive inside the store, the food is always fresh, delicious and made right! We use the Pizza Hut app, which rewards you as you purchase items you get free items once you accumulate so many points, which is nice!!
We know the managers on a name basis and today John took care of us! He always does a great job! Can’t say enough good things about this location, we’ve never had a problem and we are sure if we did they would make it right! We Highly recommend Pizza Hut in Gaston! Try them out and you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for taking care of us John and all the Gaston employees at Pizza hut!

We were driving cross country and my husband called this Pizza Hut to order a pizza to go. He went in and the girl at the counter(she was just at the counter, she wasn’t working) told him his pizza wasn’t ready. They will put it in now. He told he had ordered and payed for it 41 minutes ago. She said that they were busy. He said forget it and she asked if he wanted a refund. She couldn’t figure it out so some one else tried. They couldn’t figure it out. He said forget it and went to the KFC next door where the “busy” counter girl from Pizza Hut was complaining to her friend about the guy that was yelling. Jobs are really valuable and people should give good customer service or be fired.

Don’t waste your time ordering online. You’ll still have to wait longer like an extra 25 minutes from what the ready time is given to you. It’s probably best walking in placing your order than doing Online ordering.

I work behind this building at food Lion, and while walking by the district manager stopped me and asked me had I had a chance to eat here yet. I responded with no I have not. However I have been waiting for them to open. This man was so kind and generous, He offered me a pizza on him!!! I absolutely LOVE their stuffed crust pizza and this gentleman made my day.

He displayed no customer service. Although the young lady that took my order and then remade my order and delivered it to me personally. She rocked with customer service.

Worst pizza ever will not be returning. Staff and managers are rude and unprofessional. You can even smell the wet dog smell coming from one of the drivers.. And the food is never on time and always looks like someone just threw the toppings on your pizza. All new workers what happened the old ones that use be there??? Not returning until service and quality of food is better..

Ordering online from this place is impossible. Try to order just 1 pizza, no matter what I choose, when I click add to cart I get a message telling me that I need to choose all of my toppings.

Terrible I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. I placed the order online $26 and change got there. They didn’t even have the order up saying I didn’t place an order but my debit card got charged got no service nor my money back.
