So pleased with my experience here! I was so happy to see a rolled ice cream place in long island, and i was not disappointed. The oreo ice cream was so good and I loved the whipped cream on top. Also, the workers were so nice and caring. They freshly made a batch of 24 cookies for us on the spot!! It took only 15 minutes but i got an amazing deal – 24 cookies for only $24! It was one of the best prices I’ve seen for freshly based cookies in the New York area. The cookies were so warm and yummy too. There were so many unique flavors of ice cream on the menu, i want to come back for the matcha rolled ice cream. The interior was also really nice- a cute place to hang out with friends, and the place even has a bathroom. There were board games inside like Uno, Jenga, and Bananagrams.

They took the time to explain the different flavors and options available, which made the decision-making process so much easier and enjoyable. Their enthusiasm and kindness made the visit even more special. I can’t recommend this place enough! Have been coming here for almost 2-3 years now and we love it every time. So many unique flavors and toppings and great service. And the lady working in the front, taking and making the orders, is the best! She’s always helpful and smiling and makes the ice cream beautifully. So fun to watch!

so so yummy. do not sleep on their cookies, i waited less than 15 minutes to get fresh baked ones and they were so so good. the staff was really sweet and friendly and their ice cream was really yummy too! we were taking a while to figure out what we wanted to order and they were very helpful and patient with us. we also had a coffee milkshake that was also good. no complaints about anything that we got, overall was a nice time with good snacks. dont forget about their cookies!

We went for the first time to have vegan ice cream and coffee. It’s hard to find vegan ice cream! We watched them mix the (birthday cake) flavor and roll the ice cream and add fruit toppings. Then we sat to play a game of uno at a little table. The uno cards were a little sticky, but it was ok. Overall had a wonderful time. The comfortable atmosphere, kind service and delicious treats were great.

Was visiting the area, and decided to look up a vegan ice cream place and came across SWEET CHARLIE’S. They do the rolled ice cream and they make it right in front of you, so many great vegan flavors and options and of course regular ice cream as well. I got cookies and cream with a fresh baked sugar cookie on the bottom and my best friend got vanilla vegan ice cream with a sugar cookie on the bottom of well. BIG PLUS the toppings are FREE! Great fresh options of amazing toppings. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! CHECK THEM OUT!
