Went to Mike’s Food Joint cuz of all the great reviews. Although service was fine and atmosphere was interesting, food was average. Got the burger and the meat was chewy like typical Filipino ground beef. The toasted buns seemed a little stale/old. The mushroom sauce for the burger stake was on the sour side. There is one table inside.
Prices are very reasonable. It was a fun experience. Glad I went but I guarantee you, it is not the best hamburger in Panglao or the Philippines. BGC has much better burgers although more expensive. I do wish Mike’s Food Joint the best. Tourist should definitely give it a try.

Humble joint with really nice spread of vegetarian burger options! Ordered the vegetarian blue cheese burger and fries for take out and gosh the flavours are bomb! Really great for a vegetarian burger.
The joint is tucked away in a small lane from the main road, but Jean the owner is super friendly and the food is worth the little detour.

This was perfect and above expectations. What do you expect from a local small street restaurant? Would recommend everyone to take the trip here if you feel hungry and want to try some of the local made food.
This restaurant got the best burger award in Panglao 5 years in a row, not a shocker let me say that.

I love this place and I dream of the burgers while snorkeling…. I’ve eaten the regular size burger and the huge one (the loaded burger) probably 5 times (for each one!) and I am always ready to go back. My partner has also tried the ribs a few times and likes them. The ingredients have always been fresh and tasty. It’s a humble place, locally owned, small and cozy. If there are other guests there (or new customers come while we are there before them) we have often agreed to share the table space and made new friends!

Very friendly girl attended us, talked with us and prepared some delicious burguers and fries.
Nice prices, quiet place, very easy to find( at main road).

I absolutely love my burger so much that is kind of juicy and good compared to McDonald’s flat burger, the German food in there is the most perfect taste I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, it doesn’t make me fat like McDonald’s but this is the greatest underrated restaurant ever, even my German friend was there 2 years ago..
