The taste is super good and beyond expectation!
The atmosphare is great too,there is a piano player and singer,sometimes he plays light music,sometimes he sings romantic song, every guest will applaud when he ends.

But I’ll start with the remodel. I’ve stayed before but they did a great job with the design, decor, and overall vibe of the lounge. It has a great LA feel to it will probably be the best airport hotel you’ll ever stay at.
But all the entrees were excellent. Maybe we were hungry it had everything you could want. Variety, portion, flavor, freshness, temp, just great. I like!
Afterward, Chef Leatrice directed the hotel front desk to repeatedly contact me in an attempt to collect payment for the courtesy food. No agreement was ever made that the complimentary items would later be charged, and attempting to collect payment after service was inappropriate and unprofessional.
Errors happen, but pressuring a guest after providing a courtesy comp undermines trust and reflects poor internal communication. This matter should have been handled internally without involving the guest further.
Not easy to grab attention since we are seated on the sofas.
We ordered a Sirloin Medium Rare from Icon, same chef as Studio 12.
As American portions are huge, I’ve decided to share with my hubby.
Chef was kind enough to split into 2 plates for us.. 1 star
However the steak, bring expensive, is bland and tough!!! Had to request for salt and pepper.
