Tried the new toasted Italian sub, its ok. Much of the cheese was stuck to the paper, was a mess. The sandwich itself felt very thin, like it was lacking. This location is very narrow and echoes.

I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

Sandwiches weren’t cut or labeled as they usually are and the employees seemed that they didn’t want to be bothered with doing their job or to try to please a customer. It’s a shame that you spend your money but can’t even pay for service
Update: Decided to give them another chance ( 3 months I didn’t return ) I wouldn’t suggest ordering any of the new sandwiches, total rip off. The bacon strips are the main protein? If I wasn’t on my way to work, I would be requesting a refund. I got a salad on bread.

I went in 25 minutes after I had placed my online order and they had not started it yet. I would understand if store was busy but they were just standing there. The associate acted annoyed when I asked for my pickup order and said he would start it. Then at the end of the transaction, I asked if I could get a bag for the sandwich and he replied “do you want me to get you one or do you want to get it?” I didn’t realize they were at the end of the counter. It was very uncomfortable. I went to get my sandwich and there weren’t any toppings that I had ordered.

Me and my friends came in within half an hour before close but we were still greeted warmly and energetically. The two employees were friendly and helpful as we were ordering, and completed our sandwiches quickly. We had a delightful experience so please keep up the good work.

It’s Jimmie John’s. It’s a decent sandwich for the money. Nothing special but not bad by any means. Server was friendly enough. Can’t complain. Would go back.

It was my first time at this location and I probably won’t be back. The staff were somewhat friendly but not entirely. They were out of the wheat bread for my sandwich which happens I understand. I was okay with them substituting another bread instead. When I was leaving after picking up my order no one said have a nice day or thank or anything at all which was uncomfortable. But that wasn’t even my biggest issue. I ordered two of their new salads, the potato salad and pasta salad and got home and discovered they were both expired. It literally had a sticker on it that said use by the previous day’s date. So I didn’t feel safe eating them so that was disappointing and a waste. Overall, my whole experience at this location was not good at all. I don’t recommend coming here.

I ordered delivery on 3/11/2025 directly from Jimmy John’s website. I called about a problem with delivery and the young lady working told me she did not have a driver so they used Uber to deliver my sandwich.
Here’s the problem, the driver sent me texts in Spanish only. I responded in English and nothing. My order shows delivered but never received. When I contacted the store, I was told she was going to refund my order. I never received my refund.
I contacted Jimmy John’s customer service to simply just get my money back. The response I got from Shelby Wingler was completely unacceptable. She told me to contact Uber with my issue. I DID NOT ORDER with Uber. I will stick to other sandwich chains and never use them again! I order for work purposes and personal orders. Never again.
