I ordered a breakfast CROISSANT sandwich. Wrong bun. Rude customer service at window, barely acknowledged me and quickly closed window after taking payment and handing me my food. It should not be this unpleasant getting a breakfast sandwich. The sad thing is, this is the best jack in the box location from Lynnwood to Everett in terms of friendliness and accuracy. The service is even worse at the other locations. I go out of my way to get to this location.

I’ve gone there so much and the lady that works up front named Eva is such a sweetheart and I’ve seen her by herself so much which is crazy cause usually there’s suppose to be more people and she has worked her butt off that I’ve seen! But I’ve noticed one of the shorter female cooks who I was told her name is Emilsa is just beyond rude and has an attitude and Ive seen it often before when I’ve visited and I feel so bad and the food is okay but the only good thing of that store is the lady working there and finally a new manager. I don’t know what’s going on but I congratulate her but that cook is just NOT right. Good place for a quick meal but definitely need some new people except for the cashier/drive thru lady.

Walked in; fresh smell of roaches . It’s clean in their bathroom, dining room has after smell of it. It’s predominantly coming from the kitchen!?

The eggs were cold and in the size of peas instead of fluffy chucks only one piece of sausage and two hash browns coffee was hot and good but they don’t offer decaf and no fork was provided

Well, I don’t normally go right to the review bomb, but both the phone numbers listed online and on the receipt do not work. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the drive-through board, and apparently, it was still not accurate. No flavor added to the (freestyle) soda, and tomato on the burger even though it clearly says no tomato on the receipt. They even went as far as to put a sticker on the wrapper. Other than the service issues the food was fine.

I mean for a burger joint, fast food restaurant, they give you what you expected to get. It’s not that complicated.

We’ve been burned 3 times not getting what we pay for. Cold greasy food. Burgers cold. Fries cold and old. Tacos cold and greasy!!!!!! They do not care or refund you. The picture was yesterday. We threw all of them out. They do not answer phone either.

Me and my coworker waited 20min in the front of the store waiting to be served mind it its 7:30 and no one came up to help us, idk what was up but we just ended up going down the road to the other jack in the box.
