Okay all you Gen Xer’s out there who don’t already know this…But, remember back when McDonald’s was actually edible..they had these wonder fried apple pies..that, of course are long gone .well THIS PLACE HAS ONES THAT ARE DAMM CLOSE…I have been averaging 3 pies a day for no less that 5 days a week, for the past month!! The crew actually refer to me as the pie master now..a title I am damn proud of..I might add( I am only 171 lbssoaking wet , and no matter what I eat I cant gain weight so, I don’t recommend this) But they are amazing. Word of caution, order online with the app..These culinary masterpieces take 8 mins. So order ahead..and all the other food is great too .reasonable price. We use the fliers they send out .saves a little. Way better than KFC. Keep up the good work guys..and thank you .

We used the app to order and it was ready in about 5 minutes at around 1:40pm. Their chicken sandwiches are so much better than Chick fil A and are huge (sorry for the pic of the half eaten sandwich but it shows how big the chicken breast was and I was hungry so ♀️). I loved the spicy sandwich. The fact the company isn’t discriminating against LGBTQ population will have me continue to support them. The fries were tasty and plentiful though in a teeny container – almost useless as most were spilled into the bag. I absolutely love the fried chicken but it would be awesome if they came out with a non-breaded version when you want something lighter and not so fatty. Service was good. I’d rate Popeyes for taste over KFC for sandwich here locally. Daughter got the boneless wings and said they were very good.

This isnt the first time eating here. They need to clean up the lobby better. I don’t understand how this place stays open. I’ve definitely had better Popeyes. The prices are ridiculously expensive. The service however is always great.

Very friendly staff and efficient crew at Popeyes. From taking the order to the time we left, the two women working the counter were beyond friendly. The restaurant is neat and clean and decor is modern. 3 stars as the food is ‘meh’. Small and pricy. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and there was hardly any parking available and every table in the restaurant was occupied. We were taking our order to go and it’s nice to see a restaurant bustling. Three stars for the excellent service and two stars off for quality of food.

Want Popeyes? Go to any other location. The service is abysmal, food is not the quality you’d expect, and the atmosphere? Their dining room isn’t even open, yet they have 4 staff members. When I worked at Popeyes, 3 of us would have one person front of house and two people back of house and never would make anyone wait more than 10 minutes on a BAD day. We waited 37 minutes in the drive thru with multiple things wrong and it would take an extra 5-10 minutes for someone to come back to the second window for us, while serving multiple cars BEHIND us first.
Let’s start with #1: 37 minutes to even get our order. This was terrible. We ordered online ahead of time as well, so having to wait an extra 37 minutes was ridiculous. We were told to wait at the second window and no one came by to even give us a courtesy check in. When we got our food (still waiting for our drinks), we were also given an additional bag that a couple minutes later, a cook told me I need to give back and I asked which bag, which then the cook got visibly upset and waved us off. Even if we did give it back, you do NOT try to give that to another customer. That’s both disgusting and against Popeyes policy. You cannot take back food and give it to someone else.
#2: We ordered large drinks. We got one single CAN of coke. Yes, a CAN of coke. A small one. One can doesn’t equal even a regular drink. I told them that we both ordered large drinks and the lady disappeared, only for a different guy to come back 6 minutes later with one more small can of Diet Coke. I asked why we are being given cans and they said their drink machine is broken. Why wasn’t this disclosed at the speaker? I told them again that we ordered large drinks and we also asked what other options they had. They said Diet Coke and Dr Pepper and left for another 5 minutes and did not which one we’d like. We waited and the lady came back with one large cup with Diet Coke.
This isn’t even the first time we’ve been here. We’ve been to this location multiple times since it recently opened and it’s all been terrible besides the very first time. We try to give the benefit of the doubt, but when it is consistently terrible then there really is no more doubt: it’s certain that this location is the worst place I’ve ever been to and sincerely the worse experience I’ve ever had.
I also tried telling the lady that this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and wanted to speak to a manager and she just closed the window on my face.
Absolutely appalling and I am always going to advise people to go somewhere else. The Victor and Penfield locations are infinitely better. I hope the location’s GM or District Manager sees this and gets embarrassed.

We were excited to try the FANAF box but was informed it was discontinued. Asked when and he says, just now. I ordered shrimp and fish, was informed we have have these items. However, on the menu. So your advertising merch and food and dont sell any of these. False advertising. Food was good, just add some seasoning to the tenders and dont seem so bleak.

First, allot yourself at least 20 minutes for this location. At least when you’re going inside. The drive thru MIGHT be faster. I’ve gone inside the times I went. If you don’t order your food yourself at the kiosk, you’ll wait at the counter about 3-5 minutes before someone acknowledges you and takes your order. Then you’ll pay at least $17 for your meal. That’s because I’ve never seen more than 3 employees working in the back. The price and wait is not worth it for what you get in a meal.

If I could give a lower star review I would. Waiting for 10 mins in the drive thru for anyone to come to the intercoms. Mind you there was NO ONE in the line. Could not understand whomever was speaking when they finally did come. Had to repeat my order 4 different times, and when we did finally receive our food it came to about $50, not only that but we only got 2 meals and the food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Dry, Stale, hard as a rock. And didn’t even give us everything, had to go back up to window and waited another 15 mins to get the rest of our food. Couldn’t even eat the food it was as hard as a rock. Will not be eating here again.

Chicken is more breading than chicken. Food barely warm. Service was good. Drive through kind of odd. They put a curb a foot out from the building I assume to prevent people from getting too close but I felt I had to lean out ridiculously far to get the good. Not as good as KFC.
edit: went back the next day and everything is a hundred times better. food is hot and the chicken is not overly breaded. I think the key is to show up during normal times. not late like I did the other day and I think yesterday they gave me a extra crispy and I ordered regular. glad I tried them a second time.
