We were greeted and sat right away. Service was friendly! Food tasted great! We had the appetizer chicken wings. They were freshly made (hot to touch), crispy, great flavor! The pho soups were both excellent. We had a beef and a chicken pho. Great flavor and you get a very nice size portion.

I absolutely love dining here!! The pork buns are AMAZING!! Shrimp Pho & Citron Honey Tea are really good too. My husband loves the shrimp spring rolls and Pho as well. The service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is welcoming. A must try if you are in the area.

Really enjoyed the pork buns, they were fresh and some of the best I have had. The pho was pretty solid too, highly recommend. It’s also very cozy and right next to Kent State.

The ingredients are very fresh. I especially love to eat pho, so I subconsciously compare the ingredients of each pho restaurant. It is really fresh here. The waiter also chatted with us, which was also very nice. I feel like the spring rolls here are longer, I don’t know if it’s my imagination. highly recommended!!!

I have been several times, and the pho is unmatched. The freshness, and clean taste to it, is everything. The customer service is also amazing. The food has been very consistent, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

Chinese owned Vietnamese restaurant. Server was not pleasant and a bit on the rude side. She was very uncomforting to be around. Food was decent to alright. I’m part Vietnamese and I do not find the Pho and other Vietnamese dishes to be truly authentic. The taste was ok but definitely not what authentic Pho stock is suppose to taste like. Presentation was boring and plain. The soft rolls were not prepared properly like a Vietnamese made one should be. Was a bit disappointed. However, the Chinese influenced dishes were alright to good. Establishment was clean for the most part. What would’ve made our first time experience here a lot better would be the service. If the service was welcoming and pleasant without poor attitude and rudeness, I would’ve given another star. We may or may not come back to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt.

My husband and I just moved to the Akron area a few months ago and have been wanting to try this place out. I’m a little disappointed as most of the reviews are very high. We ordered P1 and B1.
Starting with the positives for the pho: great portion size, good amount of meat, noodles were cooked well and not too soggy or hard, and had fresh veggies.
The negatives: the broth lacked any spice flavor. There was a heavy beef broth flavor, but pho needs spices in order to hit the spot and this didn’t.
The bahn mi was very good in flavor, although extremely expensive for the size you got. Typically in New York we would pay $4-$5 for a large one and here we were paying over $8 for a small one the size of a hot dog bun. True bahn mi also has lighter bread and this one was pretty dense. Personally I didn’t mind that though.
Overall I’d come again but not for the pho as the broth was disappointing. Will be trying other dishes though in the future!

Got takeout again after a long break. The go-to place for food when visiting Kent. We had Bao, Custard Bao, Eye of Round Pho, Pork and Noodles, and Ginger Tea (Hot), and Cintron Honey Tea (Cold). We would eat everything again, the broth is especially good when healing from being sick.

We love to make the drive here every few weeks for Pho.(45 minutes if that tells you anything) Great broth and ingredients. Perfect portion. This last visit we got to try a new item that is not yet on the dine in menu, but is on the take out menu. It was a chicken Banh Mi sandwich. We really enjoyed it! The chicken was tender and flavorful. The pickled vegetable along with cucumber all packed in a toasted bun made this a great sandwich! Went perfectly with the soup. I highly recommend it. If you don’t see it in the dine in menu ask for it. This is a nice college town place with a small diner atmosphere. Oh! Dont forget to try their specialty drinks! The Vietnamese coffee is excellent!

Sizable Vietnamese menu, pretty standard for pho shops. The pho was very good! Other dishes were great as well. Sometimes the rice dishes can be a bit bland, but not always. Good price, good food, good service.
