The worst service I have ever received in any establishment in my life. Dirty floors dirty tables and chairs. Very nasty manager. Took my grandkids for breakfast it was 90 degrees in the store. Asked her to turn on the air condition she got mad at me. I had to clean the tables and chairs to sit on. They don’t understand my order so I had to go back to line to get again. Really horrible experience. Will never set foot in there again.

I placed an order at 9 am. They were so slammed with orders due to Passover that pickup wasn’t available until 9:30 am. I walked over 3 times at 9:30, 9:45 & 10:30 and the coffee and donut I ordered still wasn’t ready. By 11 am, I gave up. I get that the place was busy, but it was just a coffee and a donut!
