Pizza wasn’t fully baked, very white at the crust. Paid for extra icing, and got a small container that didn’t even have ONE OZ in it.

Came here last week after ordering by phone, I always get a double pepperoni thin crust. Last week, the pizza was perfect and amazing. This time, I get an extra pound of cheese on top of my double pepperoni pizza. Absolutely revolting amount of cheese. I couldn’t eat it. I’m very disappointed. Not sure if it was the fault of the employee in the store or the woman who took my order. Did she add extra cheese to my order that I didnot ask for or did the employee who made the pizza do it out of their own fault. Either way the pizza was disgusting and very disappointing. If I wanted a pound of cheese on my pizza I would have asked for it.

Make sure you check your food before you leave. The receipt that you get from here shows nothing but your total and payment method (which is bullshit) you don’t know what you paid for your items separately or even if the order is correct. I ordered cheesy bread and got regular bread sticks (which I do not like from Papa John’s) serves me right for not checking before I left. People are friendly enough. They do great you as you walk in. Place is new so it hasn’t had time to get dirty or ran down. They keep it clean in there. Everyone does check to make sure you have ordered. Staff is good.

We love papa johns and was super excited for them to come to town BUT 1st order tonight from them was not good. Bread sticks cooked to death and the pizza was under cooked & filling was not placed correctly at all. Thomson papa’s do better plz don’t kill the papa john great pizza vibes thomson is counting on you!!!!

Finally, It opened been waiting 2 weeks. This is only their 2nd day! It was good, still gotta find the pizza and other stuff I like.
The pizza sauce is great, it is not lasagna sauce like Dominoes, I tried numerous times to work with our local Dominoes because they use same sauce on pizza as lasagna and it is not right! They say it is pizza sauce, but it is the same. They usta have a good pizza before they started making lasagna and changed sauces. But I tried but they just do not get it! Papa Johns has real pizza sauce and it is better. My all meat pizza was good , but one of the meats has to much smoke flavor, I believe it is the ham so next time I will leave it off, if still there I will return the ham and remove the sausage until I do not taste the smoke flavor , just too strong. The pizza was great except for to strong of a smoke flavor, you may like it. Atleast it tastes like real pizza! The best thing was the cheesey bread i got the 6 cheese and I could have just made a meal out of that. Next time since I am not supposed to each much bread, I will try there breadless pizza bowl. Same great pizza without the bread. But now Thomson has good pizza, for the 1st time since pizza hut went out of business. Lets just hope it stays that way! Thomson food resturants tend to not be as good as other cities. Except for LongJohn silvers Chick-filet, Zaxby’s and Chineese and mexican resturaunts. All the rest you better check your order because it will be missing something half the time and food is not as good if you go to same resturaunt in different town, city!
Anyway if you are in Thomson and want pizza go try Pappa Johns. It is real tasting pizza and does not taste like lasagna!

Some people like thin and crispy crust not thick not that good. Pizza hut even littler ceaser was better. I will stay with pizza joint and Itlian eatery in North Augusta way over priced. Want be back
