The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could’ve given me the old coffee but they didn’t do that.

This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. The food is always great and I love their coffee. They are always very friendly and efficient at their drive through. Thanks Honey Dew!

Everything is just ok. A bit of a language barrier. We got the wrong order and one of the doughnuts was stale. So wrong doughnut and also stale. Lol. Second time here and similar experience.

she mentioned the iced cappuccino so I got that with pistachio and when we got to the window, she was even more friendly!! she was really excited for me to try it and wanted me to try it in front of her so I did! BEST DRINK EVER!! I WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER:) thank you so much !

I order plain bagel with cream cheese and grilled cheese with steak but the cashier type incorrect orders. The employee Honey Dew lady who gave me grilled cheese with plain steak. I almost wasted my mum Debit card money.

I love honey dew donuts and always used to get it before work in the mornings. However when I came around 3 o’clock I’ve noticed that the quality of food has gone down and was disappointed by the stale donuts and burned coffee (given that I drink plain black). I gave this place 3 stars since for the morning shift they’d get 5 and 1 for the afternoon

This place is full of wackos! The employees seem out of it and can not hear your order. It’s full of loud old people. They hover over you while your eating just to watch TV. They have no good options on donuts. The coffee and muffins were ok. I had to take my 2 kids and leave quickly.
