I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a delightful experience here i felt i had to. my BIL can’t eat dairy, and the staff was extremely accommodating for that. They were extra safe about cross contamination, or was awesome. The food was so good, only suggestion is more salt in the garlic butter sauce but maybe that’s my own preference. The portion sizes are fantastic, especially for the price. Please i am begging don’t do a crazy sudden price increase I would rather pay like $10-15 extra for amazing seafood boil than $50 for fast food. McDonald’s is too expensive when I can get real food here!! And the portion sizes are amazing but not so big you’re left with a crazy amount of left overs that won’t heat the same. Legit perfect, will be coming back soon. You guys are awesome!

The servers are top notch and provide exceptional customer service beyond what I’ve seen at other restaurants. They offer suggestions, answer every question, have extensive knowledge of every option, and seem genuinely happy to do thei job exceptionally. The my orders are always perfect. I’m obsessed with the calamari. Its such a fun atmosphere and experience.

We had the chicken tenders with fries; a boil bag and the lobster po boy. Everything but the lobster po boy was delicious. There was way too much mayonnaise on the sandwich and in the mix that it took away from the flavor of the lobster. It also made the bread mushy. I’m sure if they were to scale back on the mayonnaise the sandwich would be much better. The highlight foe my 3 yr old was the robot cat that delivered our food to the table.

We visited Bag O Crab for a party of 6. Just a heads-up for larger groups: they automatically add a 15% gratuity for parties of 6 or more, which felt like quite a bit considering one of our party was a 3-year-old. The Combo #3 with the Atomic sauce with “a lil bit” of spice was the highlight—perfectly seasoned and more than enough for my son and me! However, the potatoes in the boil were undercooked. On the flip side, the calamari and Cajun fries were a huge letdown; the calamari was exceptionally chewy and flavorless, and the fries were borderline soggy. It was completely inedible.
Major shoutout to our server, though. She was a pro and took it upon herself to take the calamari off the bill when we mentioned it wasn’t good. The little robot waiter was a cute touch, but with the steep prices, this feels more like a “special occasion” spot.

Food was a 10/10, love eating here!! Unfortunately the service was just not so great. My friends and I had finished our meal and waited awhile for our server to bring our check, once she finally did we put our cash in and waited for her to come back around just to make sure she got the cash, after about 10 minutes of waiting we had to leave so we just left our payment in the payment folder – on the table and headed out. While leaving out the door our server appeared and told us we needed to pay for our food, she didn’t even check our table. It felt so rude. She didn’t have many tables either so we didn’t know why our service was so bad. We still left a good tip which I kind of regretted after she accused us of stealing but whatever. Food here is still amazing.

This place is exactly what you expect from a Crab boil place, plus a little more. For starters, the service was great. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good and everyone left stuffed. Even those of us that didn’t have the crab boil got huge portions. There was even a food delivery robot that sang happy birthday. The robot and the waitess misgendered the birthday boy, but I understand that people feel awkward asking for preferred pronouns. That wasn’t enough to keep us from going back but there was one thing that might. There was an employee lurking and it was very creepy. Sometimes he was only a few feet away and sometimes he was across the restaurant but he was always watching. At first I thought he was a busser looking to remove dishes but he never did that. It was weird enough that everyone in our party eventually noticed and commented. I did get a picture of him. I don’t know I’d he was trying to watch out for dine and dashers or what but he’s the reason this place didn’t get 5 stars. It was so unnerving.

Ya know…. We had high hopes for this place since it replaced yummy crab. The initial service was great. Speedy and even the food came out quick… But then nothing. A quick check shortly after getting food to make sure it was all cooked right but then didn’t see my server to refill my drinks. Took a while to get dessert and the checks and then wait for boxes.

Oh and they had plastic forks and knives… Which seemed cheap especially since we dropped $140 without tip for 3 meals and sodas. One Fries were soft and the other fries were undercooked, no color.

Ordered food to go so your mileage my vary. I got the fish and chips the fish was alright breading was good fish was okay definitely frozen but alright flavor and texture. The fries on the other hand where kind of a disaster. I got the garlic fries, they where under seasoned and fairly under cooked, even after sitting in the hot take out box and receiving an extra steaming from the heat of the fish. I forgive them for being soggy by the time I got home, but man did they taste starchy and where also a bit chewy and not at all fluffy on the inside. The food was perfect, the sauce was exactly like real Cajun, so great job! Service was nice and helpful but not too much. That robot was a bit much, but it didn’t bother me. Only thing, I didn’t expect that Hispanic music in a crab place; I’d have preferred some Louisiana jazz. But honestly, that’s a tiny complaint, it was awesome. I’d totally recommend it.
