I felt like leaving only one star across the board but I wanted to be fair and generously gave 3. I have been getting smoothies here for more than four years and they pretty consistently screw up my and my wife’s smoothies. They are made inconsistently and sometimes terribly. Today all 3 kids working there were rude. One girl in particular made zero eye contact and when I smiled and said hello she literally ignored me and walked away. I would fire her today if I owned this business. This is not how you treat your paying customers. I would go someplace else if I could but it is the only option around. When they screwed up one of my smoothies today, zero apology and threw it in the trash with what appeared to be an attitude. I am so upset. I seriously want to leave only one star for this review.

I was super excited about trying this place out until I pulled up to the speaker to hear some guy singing and yelling in the speaker loudly and when I got up to the window the same guy was yelling and screaming loudly inside (some rat looking dude with long hair.) Manager didn’t even blink an eye at it and she had weird and awkward energy about her too. I should’ve just turned around after hearing the yelling in the speaker. Extremely unprofessional and childish. Will not be coming back.

I must first say that the staff is super nice and friendly. I enjoy their smiles every time I go. The smoothies, however, have changed for the worse. I’m not sure if management changed or if there is a lack in training, but my normal smoothies have not tasted great lately. The last one was so watery I felt like I was drinking a soda. I miss the thick and creamy smoothies I used to get. Please retrain on the proper way to make the smoothies, otherwise, I’d be forced to take my business elsewhere.
