Excellent service, and the happy hour has very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. I recommend trying the crab cakes and the mac and cheese.

I was very pleasantly surprised at Waves Craft. We took out a group of 10 with us as new clients if ours and the atmosphere was perfect. Not quiet, but an active venue complete with a really well complemented bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Great dark lighting to better the atmosphere as well. The service was excellent, and the food was really too shelf for central FL. I was also very pleasantly surprised at the entire Hilton Hotel the restaurant is located in. It was every bit as advertised. A full four stars as it was rated and it was definitely at the higher end of the hotel spectrum in Brevard County. I highly recommend both! Who knew?

Terrific restaurant! Great food, drinks and wonderful wait staff. I ordered a Tropical Old Fashioned & then our fantastic server, the very knowledgeable Marlene, recommended that I try their Coconut Old Fashioned and she was right: it was even better!! Tasty appetizers too!! For our entrees, I had the Angus steak and my wife had the scallops, both which were delicious. Highly recommended!!

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff especially Julio and Marlene went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the evening, making us feel like valued guests.
Now, onto the food, simply outstanding! Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. The appetizers, dessert, and drinks were all a delight to the senses. Went there on Valentine’s night with a 600 reservation. Got sat right away, got our drinks right away and then the wait began. Waitress took our order 20 minutes later. Ordered appetizers and steak and crab cakes for our two meals. The appetizers we finally got 50 minutes after sitting down which were soup and salad. Our main meal came an hour and half after sitting down. The waitress told us it’s taking longer getting our food because I ordered my steak medium well and that takes longer to cook. Once we got our meal my wife’s crab cakes were luke warm at best, my asparagus was literally cold but my steak was cooked very well. To top it off our table was 10 feet in front of the musician singing and playing the piano with speakers so the room of 2,500 sq. ft. could hear him. Needless to say my wife and I didn’t do alot of talking. Got our check for a table of two and 20% gratuity was already added in that way there was no repercussions for poor service and not great food.

Marlene was absolutely amazing! She brought such great energy behind the bar and made some of the best drinks I’ve had anywhere. Her attention to detail and positive vibe made the whole experience top-notch. Definitely ask for Marlene when you visit…she’ll make sure your night is unforgettable!

We had a great night at Waves! We wanted a night out, but we also had our 2 boys under 5. Our boys were so good, the drinks, food, and service was fabulous! I wish we lived closer! Rina was the best of all! She was kind, understanding, and humorous! We HAD the BEST of nights! Thank you!

Marlene makes the BEST drinks!! We loved EVERYTHING! Had old fashioned and gimlet (but subbed greygoose for sapphire). The Brussels were phenomenal! Enjoyed clams and grouper was also stellar!
