First time coming to this particular location. Haven’t been to a BIGGBY in years, especially one in Middletown. I was afraid to come here due to the reputation of coffee places not being friendly to people of color (POC) , however I was wrong about this place.
The female staff were very nice and helpful when I ordered. The location was very clean and the staff were continuously working and keeping the place feeling homey. Very welcoming! I appreciate the service, honesty, and the attentiveness from the staff. Will be back!

Liiiiiisten, I used to be a die hard starbs girly but this place changed me for the better. 1. The staff is so friendly. They remembered me after a few times and greet me like I’m their fave customer (maybe I am idk lolol) 2. They’re always willing to help or offer discounts when appropriate and 3. THEIR COFFEE SLAPS.
Ditch starbs overpriced milk coffee and try this place. 100% guarantee you’ll like it or your money back (I can’t actually do that but just try this place)

I used to only go to Starbucks because I just loved their coffee. I’ve never gone back since I started coming to this BIGGBY. Not just amazing coffee & so many fresh food options .. but AMAZING customer service. How could I go anywhere else when I’m always served with a smile & beautiful attitude – even when they’re super busy, they always treat their customers wonderful. Love you guys

My rewards card strip doesn’t work like it used too. Well probably because it’s over 20 years old. Back when Bigby changed its name from Beaners to Bigby. However, every-time I go in they don’t mind still entering it in if it doesn’t scan and are always so nice about it. The only bummer is they got rid of my all time favorite the purple haze and replaced it with new ingredients and are now trying to call it purple haze. Being a bigby customer for over 25 years this was my biggest bummer. You can’t change the ingredients and keep the original name….its not the same thing. Other than that, the owner and his wife are wonderful people and go out of their way to make it a great day.

This is not really different from other Biggby locations, but it is my favorite. I visit this location a lot, I know the baristas, and they are all like good friends. They always have a welcoming smile a warm greeting. That alone is worth the price of admission.

I was in the Bigby’s drive-thru yesterday morning around 8:40. I ordered a latte and a muffin. Then I went looking for my purse in my car, and realized it wasn’t in there. I texted my husband to ask him if he took my purse out of my car, He had. Rut row. I had seven dollars sitting in the console of my car. I drove up to the window, told the Bigby employee my husband took my purse out of my car and I’ll just get the latte. She said, “Oh don’t worry about it, just take the muffin too.” I gave her my seven dollars for the latte and thanked her several times for her kindness. I wish I knew her name so I could let others know how nice she was! It was a wonderful act of kindness that boosted my day!
What a wonderful example of human kindness and Christ’s grace that He gives us everyday!

Friendly staff welcomed me in with a smile. Plently of seating with fireplace and magazines/board games available to use at tables. Very calming coffee shop . No one is screaming out orders across the room so its not too overwhelming if busy.

I’m a big fan of this place and absolutely love their coffee, but today’s experience was disappointing. Due to medical reasons, I always order decaf, and I made that clear in my order. Unfortunately, I realized after drinking my coffee that it was caffeinated, not decaf. This mistake will impact me for days, and I’m really disappointed by the oversight. I hope the staff can be more careful with orders in the future, especially for customers with medical restrictions.

Great coffee and breakfast. The location of this shop sucks. There is a little parking but due to the layout if there is a line for the drive through getting your car out will likely be an issue. Consider that before going in as we see a few people upset they couldn’t easily get out. Parking close to the door may not be the best option!

My first experience with a Biggby was at this location the day they opened. It’s now my go to place to get my coffee and bagel. The place has a friendly and inviting atmosphere with a fire place, plenty of seating and games to play with family or a friend. The bagels are always served hot and fresh and with a smile. The employees are friendly and the owners are super friendly and strive to make everyone’s experience a great one. For those complaining about the slow service, first of all service at any place new is slow at first. The employees are still learning and unlike other coffee places, the drinks are made to order which is why the wait is a little longer. Give it a try! You will be pleasantly surprised and hooked like I am.
