Good evening I hope the owner see this please please hired people who speak english and who have a good customer service it was on a Tuesday two weeks ago when I told the lady at the register who barely speak english I’m paying 5 dollar cash the rest on the card I gave her 10 dollars instead of taking the 5 dollars she took my whole 10.00 dollars and the rest on my card I’m so mad listen to your customer hired hired employees who speak english please and thank you second review today I got a side of rice for 8 dollars they crazy expensive 8 dollars for a side of rice and the lady thought about the price on top of her head and stop over pricing people

I ordered some spaghetti today and the food was left over meat used in other dishes I didn’t like the taste. Went to the restaurant to return the food advised the staff that I didn’t like the food or the taste. The young man tasted it and said life doesn’t feel like nothing is wrong with it. All in all we went back and fourth I was advised I couldn’t get a refund cause they don’t feel like something was wrong with the food. The owner refused to issue a refund I just left the plate and told them to keep the money cause it seems like they needed it more.’

I ordered an oxtail plate from this restaurant and I was HIGHLY disappointed. The oxtail were SO SMALL I COULD NOT EVEN EAT THEM. Sounds weird right? But I mean they were so tough that I couldn’t get the tiny pieces of meat off the bone. There wasn’t even enough meat to grip! I don’t even understand how the pieces were so tiny and still be tough. The only reason this dish deserved one star is because the rice was tasty. This restaurant is very close to my house and I wanted to try other foods on their menu, but I can’t fathom visiting here again after this experience. For the price I paid for this plate $25+ I didn’t even get full because all I was able to eat was the rice and salad. They should really be ashamed to serve someone what I received. There is no way someone scooped such miniature pieces of meat on a plate and thought that was ok to serve to a customer.

My husband placed an order via the phone for me on 06/19/2023; which I was to pick up. Upon my arrival, I went directly to the front counter gave her my name and debit card.
The woman behind the counter stated that my card declined. I pulled up my bank’s app and showed her that the charge had gone through on my debit card. She then showed me her receipt which stated there was a duplicate charge and it had declined.
Anyway, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge because I wound up paying cash for the food. I will never patronize this establishment again.

The food was good I’ve had the griot, Tasso, and kabrit I speak the language so it wasn’t difficult to order the staff was nice and helpful…..if you can’t speak the language don’t go yelling about the language it’s ignorant this is one of favorite Haitian restaurants in the area

The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because they need to learn some damn English. It makes no sense to be running a business in this country where English is the number one spoken language and you can’t speak it. How do you expect to take orders from customers?
