Tried this new place in town and it’s really good. I’m not a sushi person so we got the hibachi steak and chicken dinners. Good portion size of rice with veggies and meat with a nice sauce. Both the steak and chicken were nice bite size chunks that were cooked perfectly and were good but just not a wow as far as flavor.
The service was good and it took about 5 minutes to receive our to-go order, which it seems they lean more towards being a take-out place.
All drinks are bottles.
The place was very clean and straight forward with only the menu on the wall. They have a small dining room with total seating of 4 x 6 tables for 24 total and a few seats to wait for carry-out.
Parking is limited.
Check hours if it’s mid-afternoon as I believe they are closed for 11/2 – 2 hours between normal lunch and dinner hours.
Final impression is a solid good.
We’ll be back to try more of the menu.
If you like this type of cuisine I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Got the crab Rangoon’s and the spicy chicken hibachi and it’s not too spicy! The flavor of everything is amazing and fresh! I don’t even leave reviews but this place is gooooood

Got a to go order. Both Shrimp and steak orders. They were great. The steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was yummy. Veggies and rice were good as well. There is seating available inside. Will be back.

We’re excited to have such a good new place to eat in town the guy named Tyo was super friendly and helpful, definitely a regular spot to go now. They have several tables to dine-in, most people were there for takeout while I was eating. I had steak hibachi with noodles and yumyum sauce. He said the sushi is the most popular.

What a bummer. My family and I have been stoked to finally have a hibachi style food place in Coweta. Unfortunately, the steak I got with my hibachi steak meal was basically raw. I like a good medium rare steak as much as the next person, but this was purple and cold in the center. My family thought the veggies tasted a bit funky as well, but the fried rice was good. I’m hoping it was an off night and with time this new establishment will get better.

Huge shoutout to the new Segoku Hibachi & Sushi! I ordered just a kid’s meal noodles and steak and I am pleasantly surprised for how much food I got for the price! The taste is absolutely delightful for what I got. From what I could see on the menu, I cannot wait to try the rest. I hope Coweta will give them a ton of business and we will have them around for a long time! So happy to have some Japanese food here! I have no problems saying that I will be a definite repeat customer!

I love that we have a sushi place right down the street and it’s great. Tonight was my first visit, but I am sure there will be many more in the future. I ordered the Philly and Coweta rolls. They were delicious and very filling.
