Do not order from here if you value the lives of your children playing outside. All the delivery drivers think they’re on the straightaway at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Owner must not care because it’s been happening for years.

Typical Jimmy Johns food and service. The indoor seating is in a long narrow and somewhat dark and uninving hallway en route to the restroom with no rear store exit door. So a bit of a dead end floor plan style is awkward. 3 sandwiches $30 is starting to makr JJ’s a bit expensive withit being a meal deal. But the food is consistent across stores.

I love Jimmy John’s, their sandwiches are great and the service is fast and convenient.
The only problem is this location is the complete opposite of that.
Every time I order either delivery or pickup from this location my order is incorrect. And if it’s delivery it takes a minimum of 30 mins to get my order, despite the fact that I live close to the store.
I ordered a #11 with no tomatoes. Apparently the employees there thought that meant to just put lettuce on bread and send it to me.
I will never order from this store again.

Jimmy Johns delivery is the worse. I live a mile down the road and half an hour later still no sandwiches. Never ever tip them. They are already ripping you off with a delivery fee and they dont deliver timely. Horrible jimmy johns location. I will never give them my business again. Sad what delivery service has come to in this country. No wonder people dont tip.

The food was surprisingly good. The guy that made my sandwich felt compelled to introduce himself to me, his name was Sam. He did a good job. Next time I go here I’ll ask specifically for Sam to make my sandwich.

Pretty reliable. I’m cheap and only get their slims. Decent lunch for under $5. Never used their delivery. Waits aren’t too bad during the lunch rush. It’s in an area where the options are limited. Never usually more than a couple people ahead. It’s a chain so don’t expect too much.

Make sure you tip your driver electronically because if you plan on doing it with cash they’ll assume you aren’t tipping and smash your sandwich, fill it with only one meat when it’s supposed to have three, and throw it at your front door.
2 stars because while smashed and insufficient the bread is still fire! Thank god for corporate influence.
