I was having a rough day so I decided to get some Starbucks and I’m very happy with that decision, it honestly changed my entire day around. customer service, I was treated perfectly. cleanliness, The place is clean and overall taste was amazing and I was struggling with a certain topic and that topic just happened to be written on my cup and I’m so happy that u ended off my dad with Starbucks THANK YOU!!!

Came onto this location to grab some quick lunch and a coffee. Ended up getting a bacon egg and gouda sandwich and an iced white mocha. Both were delicious. Staff was very quick, helpful, and nice. They even wrote happy birthday on my cup, which I thought was super cute!

Always on strike never open anymore last two times I ordered they made it wrong and the employee gave me an attitude when I asked them to make what I ordered… close it down if you can’t get the employees in line and actually work like everyone else has to.

Stopped by this Starbucks and was pretty disappointed. The barista didn’t even bother to greet me when I walked in—no hello, no smile, nothing. Just ignored me and acted like I was interrupting her day. Then she took forever to make a simple small drink. It wasn’t busy at all, so I really don’t understand what the holdup was. Not the kind of service I expect from a brand like Starbucks.

The service here is horrible. I visited early this morning. They weren’t very busy, especially for a Starbucks. I and another customer stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Employees saw me, kept walking and doing things without even acknowledging my presence. I get it, they can be busy, but they weren’t.
Service at this Starbucks is typically pretty bad and today was no exception. I ordered a venti black coffee, a tall hot chocolate, and a tall mocha.
You can’t screw up a black coffee, can you? Even for this Starbucks you can’t, but they can move at barely a snail’s pace. I had both the hot chocolate and the mocha way before I got the black coffee. I had to ask for it.
The hot chocolate was weak. Tasted like flavored water.
Mocha was okay.
Black coffee was black. Like I said, you can’t screw up black coffee, but they can make it ever so slowly.
Summary: this place is extremely slow and service is bad. Find another place to get your $4+ cup of coffee.

Do not go here if you are in a rush! I waited 30 minutes for my drink. My drink was tasty, however I could’ve went to a different Starbucks and got it in 5 minutes and tasted just as good lol! My main issue was the fact that I had to overhear a female worker talking poorly about a new trainee to her other coworker. I felt very bad for the poor girl that was training. This Starbucks gets 2 stars because I don’t appreciate nor tolerate bullies!!

Very nice Starbucks in Crocker Park, Westlake Ohio! Friendely service, good wifi and even de ability to charge your device while charger yourself with a good cup of coffee. A more industrial feel, which I like with chill Jazz tunes. I’ll be back!

They are mismanaged; they probably need a change in ownership/management. Very depressing, even with all things considered. Food was quick. However can’t say the same for my espresso took me 30 minutes to get it! The lady making drinks was taking her sweet time taking breaks and talking to regulars. With no one in front of me I should have been in and out. Horrible experience!!

I love this location, i go there often but I understand they can be behind on orders sometimes, but not more than 25 minutes. I will not wait 25 minutes for my hot coffee, which I ordered a hot, macchiato. It was served very warm. I just think that they need more workers. Little note for evening workers from yesterday. If you guys only work together, things will be much easier. One thing I noticed, and I did not like the person that was working the DoorDash Uber eats counter was trying his best to do everything and this other person, she was just telling him what to do when she’s not even doing what she was supposed to do, my whole point is attention to the customers because they are the ones that are paying and teamwork makes the dream work right!
