People are lying about this place on the reviews if they are saying it’s good.
How can a 100 year old place that specializes in Chicken products make such a HORRIBLE chicken soup? Extremely dry meat, tasteless broth, no seasonings or animal fat at all and tasted worse then a boxed cup a soup from Markey basket. It eneded up being I tossed the pot pie well, because why bother if the soup was no good?
For all my life driving by I always thought I was missing out on some delicious homestyle all American meals. HA. In a weird way I’m glad I never have to subject my self to it again and can just keep it in the review mirror. $20 lesson learned ✅️

Surprisingly bland and unappetizing. Don’t want to be too critical, but I regret buying this meal even at a discounted price. Thought these would be tasty pies based on the reviews, but it’s really just huge chuncks of bland chicken breast with potatoes and carrots in a crust that isn’t very good. Mashed potatoes and gravy were similarly underwhelming. Cranberry sauce has the consistency you get from a canned sauce, kind of like a jelly or jam. I was hoping for whole berries.
If you don’t like spice or much flavor, maybe you’ll enjoy these. My kids like the Marie Calendar pot pies sold at Costco, and even they said this Harrows pie was bland and they didn’t want to finish it. Hopefully this helps if you’re considering it.

2 stars is for the convenience factor.
Other than that it’s like they’ve never heard of salt, pepper or any type of seasoning. The “with vegetables” is just carrots and potatoes… would it kill you to throw in some peas or onions? Just very bland flavor, the one mass produced you can get at grocery stores is better than this. Not worth the money

Always fantastic. Has been for years. Fantastic and immediate service. Very nice and helpful staff. They have a great word of mouth reputation because they are so awesome. I always pick up a frozen or fresh pie with vegetables and some rolls whenever I’m in the area. You can buy them cooked . I believe you have to call ahead for that. Just call and ask. Deliciousl homemade Cranbury sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy plus desserts. Don’t miss out on this place whether visiting or if you live here. And please remember to say please and thank you to the staff. They really are top! Very helpful and always ready to help. I cannot think of a place with better people than this place. 10 ➕ Stars !

This is my favorite place for chicken pie. The chicken is soft and tender, the gravy is delicious, the pie crust is the best I’ve had. I will never go anywhere else for chicken pie. Their cornbread is very good too. The chicken salad is phenomenal. They also have mashed potatoes, squash, cranberry juice, and a couple different dessert pies, which are all incredibly good.

Harrow’s chicken pot pies are top tier. The pies are filled with large chunks of tender chicken and you can opt for one with or without veggies. The crust on these pies make them even more delicious. Harrow’s offers sides to go along with these delectable pies such as cranberry sauce, rolls, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. My personal favorite is the cornbread. There’s nothing better than a nice hot chicken pot pie on a cool evening. I highly recommend Harrow’s and look forward to my future pies!
