LAZINESS!!!
An hour and a half before they close. The entry door says OUTAGE. Stated that they aren’t serving Quesadillas. No problem, I’m getting a bowl. To my surprise, they were out of lettuce. Server said “we’re out of lettuce for the night”.
A head of lettuce is $1 but apparently they didn’t have want to waste any lettuce. It’s not like they’ll need any more lettuce for any other customers in the next hour and a half before they close.
No offer for a discount to compensate me for running out of ingredients because THEY DON’T CARE!!!!
My bowl tasted horrible without the lettuce. It wasn’t worth the $10. Needless to say, I’ll never visit this Chipotle again!!!!
Also, the lady who served me was giving people who walked in the evil eye. Like how dare they come get food at 9:30 pm. Ridiculous!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, so I finally did. I’m indecisive about this place. I used to app to place my order. When I arrived, it was decently crowded and the restaurant was a mess. There was no online ordering line. I waited at the register, gave them my information and got my order. There wasn’t a kind hello, no thank you for coming or any positivity coming from the staff. I know they were busy at work, but it’s important for the overall experience to not feel like a number. The food was good, but half of our food was missing our meat. Only 2 of 4 of us got meat, so it was disappointing. For a “veggie” meal I had, it tasted good. I did like their fresher food options to add in the bowls and burritos, unlike other places. I might try them again one day and maybe update my review, but for now, I’m disappointed.

My husband went in to get me some food after a long 3 hour dr appointments we’ve never been to a chipotle before, my husband asked for chili roasted corn salsa and they didn’t hear him or he may have asked wrong being the 1st time there, he went back in and they made the bowl again and charged him and extra $4 I was confused I decided to go in the whole staff helped me out I deeply apologized for the misunderstanding they offered me the other bowl that was wrong and a refund and any other way to make it right great customer service. Thank you so much to this team for understanding!

I came in around 9:40 p.m. after finishing my shift. Although there were about 20 minutes left before closing and three employees present, I was met with an unfriendly greeting and visibly annoyed looks, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, after eating, I became violently ill and quickly. So much so that I nearly went to the hospital because it felt far more severe than typical food poisoning symptoms. Because of both the service and the experience that followed, I will not be returning to this location.

Whoever your female manager is in the morning she needs to be retrained on how to handle customers, she didn’t want to give a name but wow. I would never talk to a customer like that.
I came right after opening, the manager rushed me so fast I couldn’t even think. She failed to mention they didn’t have beans, or pico, or lettuce.
I was overcharged. After ordering I realized there was no beans I asked if they were out and she said yes. Also the portions sizes were half what they normally are. So I decided to ask for a refund and return the food because of being overcharged for Tiny portions and missing items.
The manager proceeded to have extreme attitude and told me next time look through the glass (which was steamed up I couldn’t even see) to make sure they have everything. I told her I didn’t want to argue I just wanted my money back, she proceeded to keep trying to argue with me, when I asked her name she said we aren’t allowed to give it out, then when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager.
Horrible experience.

This was a pretty good chipotle compared to a lot of others. Staff was very friendly and pleasant and our bowls were made well from a portion standpoint. We just stopped because it was off the highway and easy to get to, good location with lots of other shops and restaurants close by. Would recommend a visit.

Listen I’m not one to write a review, I’m generally understanding, but how does someone miss half the bowl. I was ordering one night, very excited to receive my bowl, and when I opened the package, I was left rather shocked by the sight I sought, one might say I had to clench my pearls, my chipotle was HALF empty , straight sour cream, no queso. Nothing. I was extremely disappointed by what I was given, I respect the workers, but I expect more, ESPECIALLY when I paid $20 for this bowl. Workers, I hope you can read this with understanding and for the future, grow for the better. Please people pay a lot for these bowls. Thank you xoxo.

This place was my last stop before everything closed for food. The staff here is YOUNG AMBITIOUS AND MOTIVATED. THEY RAN OUT OF VEGGIEA AND THE MASTER CHEF OF VEGGIES FRIED UP US SOME REALLY GREAT VEGGIES..WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANKS CHEF Dylan. The food prep was bomb thanks to Melissa & maddie.
