Pretty good Bao buns and soup dumplings. It was extremely empty when we arrived. The staff were sitting in the dining room and one girl got up to take our order. Overall, the veggie Bao buns were good and the dumplings were tasty as well. The Bao buns had this odd green coloring on them, probably to help identify them when cooking- but wasn’t aesthetically pleasing.

We only came in and do a take-out review instead of dining in. The atmosphere in the building was pleasant and relaxing when entering the building. The interior of the restaurants makes it feel more modern and western style part of the US.
The service was adequate, quick, and efficient at the ordering station. The employee gave more options or add-on to our take-out.
The food was stuffed with more than we realize when we brought it home for the 5 spice fried chicken. The steamed beef temperature inside was hot but not to the point of melted completely. The mango slush was made delicate and absolutely on point when drinking.
Overall, the service and atmosphere fit the comfortable level for all guests and customers coming in. The food was made with the right temperature that the fried chicken crunch and melt inside the mouth. A small business but definitely pack-a-punch with the food itself.

Visiting Huntsville for the weekend and wondering if they have authentic Chinese cuisine. Not a lot to choose from after a quick google search and decided to give this place a try.
Honestly it’s not too bad, the beef noodle soup has a good broth base, the choice of noodles is a little questionable, not the traditional kind we are used to. The soup dumping has decent amount of juice inside and flavor is good, but the dough is thick like regular dumpling. The crispy chicken bao is very tasty and the bao itself is soft and spongy! The popcorn chicken has more breading than chicken, flavor is decent.
Overall it’s not bad, just don’t hold it against the standard of the major cities in East coast or West Coast, or Texas.

The dumplings? Delicious. The bao (steamed and seared)? Magnificent. The drinks? Absolutely would come back for more. My bf gives an 8/10 for the Vietnamese sea salt coffee, I give a 9/10 for the peach tea. I Absolutely loved the dumplings and the dipping sauce with it.
Normally I don’t write reviews unless I consider the place a 10/10, which this place is!

Ordered a couple different things. The spicy chicken open face bun was pretty spicy, definitely wasn’t expecting it. The soup dumplings we didn’t think were that good. The dough just tasted weird. The spicy dumpling bowl was by far our favorite and the cucumber salad was really good.

Hopelessly addicted to the spicy tofu gua bao. I get it without pickles (per my aversion to pickles) and they’ve never gotten it wrong. So delicious, very consistent. I door dash so can’t really comment on the service, but the to-go orders are top notch! Always comes with the sauce, how I ordered it, and always fresh and delicious. EDIT: meant to add their boba tea is super good too! I usually get Lychee fruit tea or Thai milk tea.

Have come here a couple times now. Whenever we come, the service is pretty quick, and staff is polite. They have very nice decor, and always good music playing. I am a huge fan of their seared pork & cabbage dumplings, and they have great bao and boba milk tea as well.
Highly recommend!

The Beef Noodle Soup was fantastic. The broth was incredible, and the meat literally melted in our mouths. The golden color and light crunch on the dumplings and bao were also great, and both were scrumptious ! I didn’t really care for the soup dumplings, but with the broth from the soup in them, everyone who tried them sang their praises! Also, our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She didn’t even mind when my friend spilled half of her soup! We plan to return the next time we’re in the area.

This place is new to Huntsville and it delivers in taste. The staff were friendly and prompt with the food and drink. Reasonably priced and IT……IS…….FRESH! Amazing food, has spicy options which are great when paired with a Thai Tea! They had hands down the best dumplings (pot stickers) I have ever had anywhere. We will be back, soon!

I think it was okay, just not our cup of tea. I thought the Zhu Xiang noodles looked and tasted like dog food over noodles, so I don’t try it other than a couple bites. The seared dumplings were good and the chicken bao was okay. The beef noodles was a large helping but tasted meh.
It was an experience to try, but we probably won’t be coming back unfortunately. I had high hopes that this place would be good, but we were very disappointed.
