We have been patronizing this Starbucks for well over five years. In that time, we have never been disappointed. Typically, they are pretty busy. Why? Because customers go to where they can get good service and a quality drink. People make the difference in any business, and this Starbucks has them for sure. Unquestionably, management for this location totally masters the concept of superior Customer Service. This is our number one go to coffee shop in the area, we will be of course, returning time and time again in the future.

This might be insignificant to some people but we never know what people are going through and when we walk in and are greeted by Ms. Bonnie things just seem a little lighter. The coffee at this location is an order of magnitude better than the other locations near me and in particular WAY better than the new locations, not sure if the coffee machines got changed at some point but this location I swear is 2x the quality of coffee than other places. Not sure if the machines are just being cleaned properly or what but it’s not even close.

I have recently made a conversion from Dunkin to Starbucks- all because of this nearby location! Everyone is so courteous and professional. My drinks are always made exactly as ordered. Starbucks isn’t exactly known for their amazing food items- they are mostly just overpriced gas station items… but there are a few good options to add to the order.

Amazing they knew I was plowing and offered a free drink denied it since I already had coffee from another Starbucks. Very friendly staff. I like the one in Lockport where I’m usually get my coffee and did.
