I placed an order for a small cheese pizza and garlic Parmesan breadsticks around 6:30 PM. The app said it would be ready by 6:40. I got a notification saying the order was ready — great, right? Wrong.
My boyfriend gets there, and the food is still not ready — a full 15 minutes after it was marked as done. We live less than 10 minutes away, and when he finally gets home, the pizza is cold. Turns out, the pizza was ready, but no one gave it to him even though he clearly gave them my name.
To make matters worse, he said the “manager” was fussing at the employees but not actually helping anyone. Total chaos. A DoorDasher who was there before my boyfriend was still waiting on a small pizza and left empty-handed when my boyfriend did.
Now back to the food — the pizza was freezing cold, and don’t even get me started on the breadsticks. They weren’t just freezing cold too — they were practically dry. There was barely any sauce on them, and the little that was there had pooled in the bottom of the box. I literally had to use a spreader to scrape sauce from the box and apply it myself. Seriously?
You pay all this money and can’t even get hot, decent food — or competent service. And on top of that, we had to reheat everything in the oven ourselves. Absolutely unacceptable. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

It was not good.
The crust was so thin, that it fell apart. It’s a stuffed crust and is never that thin.

She needs “retrained” please.
My husband’s comment is the guy working there needs to pull his pants up over his behind. Kinda gross seeing his whole butt and underwear while he is making food.

I can never get my orders now that this location started using DoorDash as delivery. On my last order, I received a phone call an hour after ordering with no introduction to even know who I was talking to, only to find out that my order (cash on delivery directly through the Papa John’s website which would have included a 30% tip), and then attitude when I requested to cancel. I will just order elsewhere from now on. If you are only utilizing DoorDash for delivery then your website should say that.

Wait time about 20 min on orders that are supposed to be done on arrival. One of the guys put his hands through his hair and then went back to making pizza dough without washing his hands. The manager is struggling to run a tight ship and looks exhausted. Updated to say getting to know the staff has been nice and I have been here a few more times! The garlic butter sauce is sooooo good!!

A long-time favorite, but both the service and quality are dropping quickly. Recent pizzas have been overcooked. What used to be great service is now average or less. Today my pizza was (finally) ready before I walked in the door, but it took five full minutes for anyone to help me, even though nobody else was waiting. They then handed me my pizza which had been sitting there the whole time while they put stickers on empty boxes.

You won’t believe this! Placed an order 2 hours early to have 2 pizzas delivered to work to reward our employees. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 PM and at 10:01 had not been delivered. We stayed on hold on the phone for 37 minutes and they picked up the phone and played it on the counter so it would quit ringing. Owner of this franchise should be removed by corporate if this is how they run their business. Appalling business!
