Our first time here and it was awesome! First of all our waitress was outstanding! Probably the best one we’ve had in years. Food was excellent and it was a fun place to eat! The mac and cheese and pork bowl was delicious!

Had to delete my original post to be able to talk about giving this place another chance. Where to start, fish and chips where subpar but honestly thats not even my issue. You can hear the servers talking about guests from the back loud and clear. Luckily me and my husband weren’t one of the tables being talked about but I cant imagine what is said about guests where we cant hear. Sadly one of you servers always seems high and two others that always have an attitude and aren’t friendly. Ive spoke to some of my friends and they have apparently had the same problem. We use to get the happy server “we dont remember her name sorry” but we havent seen her the past couple times. I honestly just want to go back to being happy to come eat there.

Tried to visit the Kingsport location on 10/17/25. We walked in at 9:18pm and before we could get seated were greeted with comments of “wow”, “people are so rude” and lots of huffs and dirty looks. I am assuming due to the fact that they were already cleaning despite being open another 40+ minutes according to the front door. There was one person (possibly the cook) who had been cleaning near the bathrooms that was friendly, however, there were several other workers that, along with the comments, began slinging menus and towels that they had been cleaning. One woman even went as far as to scream into the back that they just had 6 walk in. We ended up just getting up and walking out before anyone ever came to the table to greet us due to the hostility and rudeness we were observing. I was very disappointed with the atmosphere, especially since we really enjoyed everything about our last visit to this location.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! Great location and service. The owner was very accommodating. Our server, Abby, was very sweet and on top of everything. Menu is vast. Restaurant was clean. Restrooms very clean as well. Drinks were delicious and food was all amazing! Great prices. Can’t wait to go back

Popular place in Kingsport. Good food. Good atmosphere. However, like a lot of other places they refuse to offer guest Wi-Fi. They have Wi-Fi; they do not offer it to guests. But a lot of other restaurants in Kingsport do.
They also have quite a few chairs in the bar area with broken foot bars. Makes them unsteady and uncomfortable. They should fix that.

I know this is technically a chain restaurant but this location has so much individual personalities and weekly specials. From the management, bartenders, servers and back of the house you are treated like friends. The weekly food specials are always a great addition to the already great menu. I look forward to eating here and enjoy bringing guests.

Amazing hot wings and the best fajitas we have ever had. Big pieces of juicy, flavorful chicken. Can’t wait to try the steak! Onion rings were awesome too! This might become our Sunday “go-to” for lunch after church at Higher Ground!
