Went in today and was told that a giant sandwich was $18, even though the board says $14.75. There’s an advertisement on their door for $1 to add a chips and drink, they wanted to charge me $6 for a soda and a bag of chips. Talk about false advertising, thanks to them trying to scam customers I will NEVER be returning to Jimmy Johns. Do yourself a favor and go get a Pub sub! The price is as advertised at Publix and it actually tastes better.

I recently visited the Jimmy Johns at 1337 Baytree Rd, in Valdosta, GA. My son, daughter in-law, and myself went to this location and were promptly greeted. Our orders were taken and the items ordered were served and ready rather quickly. The sandwiches ordered were very good and the place was very clean and well lit. It’s worth another visit.

I’ve ate Jimmy John’s once before but todaaaayyyy let me tell you ! I have the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich and I’ve never had a sandwich so good ! I’ve never been one for sandwiches but I think this may be my new favorite place . My food was ready impressively fast , hot , put together perfectly . Atmosphere was clean and relaxing …I sat by the window solo for a while . I’ll definitely be back and I hope to see the person who serviced me Ky again because I love her personality. She’s the best !

Haven’t been here for over 8 years and thought to try them. They advertise gourmet sandwiches. Not. The only thing gourmet looked to be the chicken Mediterranean wraps. Ordered two sandwiches, one a combo so I could get the Jimmy’s pita chips and hummus. Thought they were locally made chips but they come in a little bag like other commercial chip. Tasted like cardboard. Hummus not tasty. Drove home with wraps. Wife and I both disliked the wet mushy wraps. Threw most away. More to throw away today. Don’t know why I thought they would get better in the fridge overnight. I’m 71 y/o and won’t make it back to JJ’s in this lifetime .

Waited in line. They lost the person in front of me’s order, which had literally like 10 people in it, so all those people had to come back up to order. Only after waiting in line, waiting for them to order the first time, and then waiting for the register malfunction or whatever it was, did anyone bother to tell me that they had NO BREAD. They didn’t even indicate if any would be done soon, or at all. Only wheat and wraps, and they were running out of those too. No sub rolls at a sub shop? At 1:30 on a weekend? Ridiculous. Won’t be risking trying to come here again any time soon.

We ordered 4 sandwiches, all different, and in about 10 minutes they were ready. So when we got to the table none were labeled or marked. I asked the guys making the sandwiches which was which, they didn’t know. I asked so we have to pick them apart and guess who got what, they said yeah. Is it too hard to write a number on the wrapper as it’s made?

We spent $64 here and one of the sandwiches is somehow completely incorrect. They charged us for 3 combos despite ordering only 2. And the combo is literally an additional $8 for a tiny bag of chips and a tiny drink. smh

I ordered delivery on the app. Normally it is delivered fast with no issues. Today after receiving notification that my food was out for delivery, I received it 50 minutes later. I live 5 minutes from the store!! Numerous other deliveries and a train delayed my order. No apology from the driver for being so late. Our drinks were warm. All the ice had melted and they were diluted. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. Something has changed with their delivery drivers. Sandwich was rather dry and bread was hard. I hate to be so negative but it was not worth the $28 I spent on 2 combo meals, fees and tip.
