I believe you need to have a discussion with some of the delivery drivers on transporting pizzas. From the review below, it looks like I’m not the only one with issues. This is what the pizza looked like after I brought it inside. I’ve never had issues with pickups and I guess I will have to stick to that.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome right away. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be—no waiting around, just in and out with a hot, delicious pizza in hand.
The store itself was spotless, which I always appreciate. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their environment. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the team had great attitudes throughout.

The pizza pie was outstanding usual, somehow the contents was slid to the folded edgeif the box causing tgehit oie to stick to yhefolded edge.

upon opening the box The pie was mainly against it up the folded edge of a box with an appearance of mass acceleration and damage. Of course that could’ve just been an error in place in the pie on the folded ages
I Slid my fingers underneath the pie to bring it back towards the center of the box and of course, burnt my fingers.
Yet the pie had already started to stick to the fold and the side that flips over to make the top.
I am able to salvage the majority of the pie however, this does not fit the traditional service I get from this restaurant

I received a wonderful surprise in my office at Lebanon and Ohio last week. This was the best pizza I have had since I moved to DFW in 2020. Let me just say that I made myself have a tummy ache because I couldn’t control myself. lol. The Margherita pizza was amazing. And the seasoning they used on the pepperoni made it way more appealing than any other pepperoni pizza I have had. The crust is something special. And the peppers and Parmesan cheese were remarkable. I’m pretty sure the parm was hand grated.

Extremely mid pizza. Not gross, but not anything amazing either. May just be my personal preference, but I felt like the pizza was a little bitter because of the tomato sauce and the burned bottom. I typically enjoy a nice fire oven pizza and understand you get some burns on it but idk just wasn’t working for me here. We probably won’t be back.

Probably one of my favorite pizza spots I normally go to the one in rockwall . I stopped at the one in Frisco. And picked up my usual. I looked in a back. There was young man literally eating in the back. Licking his fingers, someone handed him a piece box and he put it on the shelf. I just couldn’t fathom the thought of getting a spitty piece of box.
