I live on the corner of this McDonald’s, so I go there quite often, but today was my last day there. Whenever I go, they never give me everything I need; I always have to check that everything is there, and sometimes I even have to go back home for the missing item. Today I went around 6:30 pm, and when I arrived, unsurprisingly, I was missing a milkshake. While my sister was eating her fries, a fly flew out, salt and all—meaning the fly was fried and even seasoned. We went back, and the guy told us it was normal because anything can fall into the fries. When we wanted to exchange it for something other than fries because, obviously, we didn’t want any more fries, he said no, it wasn’t possible. Terrible hygiene and awful at resolving the problem.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My family and I go through the drive-through at least once a week at the establishment because our children have afterschool programs in the area. I was waiting on another child of mine to complete their afterschool activities so my daughter and I went in and decided to eat inside. Never again! The front of the house was disgusting! There was food all over the tables, all over the chairs and all over the floors and the entire front of the house. The garbage pails were quite literally overflowing and garbage is falling out of the garbage bins onto the floor, and there was no way for you to even empty your tray and place your tray on top of the garbage pails because it was overflowing . To top it all off there were homeless people in there seeking shelter. I am aware that not everyone is as fortunate as some people who have a roof over their head so with that being said, I am not heartless. But it is a little bit concerning when you have your children and they’re allowing the establishment to be shelter for homeless people. I was told by the current manager on shift that the GM is supposed to take care of this and people didn’t show up for their shift. While I understand where they’re coming from this establishment is still a restaurant and an eatery and should be kept up to par when it comes to cleanliness! Upon looking at these reviews, I am completely mortified, and I will no longer be eating at this establishment! I have called the corporate office and I have filed a formal complaint with the health department. How disheartening! They can’t even keep it clean and provide good service and the place is BRAND NEW! Do better !

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. We’ve had a bad experience every time. Our orders are almost never correct. One time we were told that it was cash only. We left to get cash, came back and were told that they were “closed”…20 minutes early. Today we ordered 2 McDouble, 1 McChicken and a 6 piece nugget. I checked before I left and everything was correct. It wasn’t until I got home and opened each wrapper did I realize that each one was a regular cheeseburger wrapped in different wrappers. This is unacceptable!

As of 11/20/2024: Clean. Customer service is good as far as pleasantries. Plenty of parking. Drive through available. Dine in or take out. Kiosk available inside to place order. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. At times at this location and other McDonald’s locations delivery pickup orders are usually slow: this location on this date and other locations almost never have pickup delivery orders readily available therefore creates a long wait time for delivery services pickups.

Everytime I go the wait times are so long. They always take forever, always so backed up. Last time I went it took like about 5 ish mins to even order. Lady on the speaker asked if we were gonna use the app we said no. Then it went quiet, we said hello? and she just repeated the same thing like two times. Food was great just need to work on that customer service.

Worst McDonalds ever. They put a surcharge on sweet tea. Even when bought with meal. Rude customer service, dishonest about who is a manager. My 65$ dollar order was just not needed here. This may be the closest; however there are 3+ more within a 5 mile range and they definitely treat the customer right

This McDonald has been sub par since it opened. But TODAY, I had to give a review. I ordered a fish fillet with light tartar sauce… and this is what they served me. you may get as well not put any tartar on the sandwich. I asked for light because there is always more tartar sauce that sandwich. Over it

This location started out great and then went down hill fast. Went in for grinch meal. It was advertised all over the building yet they say they are no longer serving them. When I said there’s signs all over you building and on kiosk outside and inside she said well we don’t have them anymore. I’m done. Chic fil an across the street for me.

As an employee, no one should ever aggressively knock on the window and point towards another door, whether there’s a spill at the one or not. I still appreciate the fact of that she was trying to not let anyone step in a vomit spill, but there are better ways of doing so.

I pulled into the drive-thru and was asked to wait a moment. While I waited, three cars in the other lane were able to place their orders before me. When I asked the attendant if I was still supposed to be on hold, she said yes.

When she finally came back to take my order, I asked why the other lane could take orders while I was ignored. She didn’t answer my question—only repeated, “Are you ready to order?” I explained that this was very poor customer service, but she gave no response, never offered an apology, and showed no accountability for the situation.
