Great spot on great neck Rd that serves delicious seafood and non seafood dishes. I came for lunch and they even have a dedicated lunch menu. I wanted the lobster bisque but it must be really good because it was sold out by 1pm! I must go back to try it next time. I had the ribeye cheese steak sandwich and it was delicious.

I’ve had the lobster roll and fries on two occasions—once through Uber Eats and once as takeout. Both times the food was satisfying and well prepared. When I went in person, it was pretty empty, which may have been due to the weather, but there was plenty of seating available. Parking outside was easy, which is always a plus. It’s also not too far from the train station, so if you’re traveling or commuting through the area, it makes for a convenient stop.

Fantastic oysters, and great tuna tartare. The warm pita chips and bread with hummus was very good as well. Did not try much else, but I will…

This was truly a bad experience. Where’s the shrimp batter?! It was so salty! Not much lobster meat but it was what it was with butter at the end sogging and pouring out of the roll which made it messy to eat. However, fries was really good. I’m super disappointed on the shrimp as it was something I was craving a lot.

Our order taker was attentive. The complimentary grilled pita bread and hummus was good.
The ambience was relaxed and pleasant.
My lunch special grilled Branzino with spinach was tasty and perfectly portioned for my appetite.
My sister liked her grilled sardines and lobster bisque which has some lobster meat although the soup was not as thick.
My Nay’s crab cake could have been appetizingly presented with a few green leaves to make the plate not look plain.
My hubby’s steak sandwich hardly had any meat. It was all bread. Very disappointing!! This was what pulled this down to a 3 rating.

Wife and I ate at Sea Bar a month or two ago and the food was amazing and the service very attentive. On Jan 14, the patron’s “experience” of a good restaurant was absent. Calamari was greet, fish good but not great. No manager visible in the restaurant maintaining the “experience.” Greeted by someone wearing a sweat shirt and no warm welcome. Wait person not trained to scan her tables to see if assistance was needed. Spent about $70 per person for nothing exceptional.

Owner Giannis is very nice, friendly, and funny.
Foods are excellent. Tried few different types of fish for 3 visits within 2 weeks. All dishes taste great for me and my wife.
Highly recommended

First time here. Great place. They start you off with hummus and warm bread. Nice owner and staff. Good comes right out. We enjoyed oysters which were big and great. We also ordered crab cake, lobster roll and fries, lychee martini, and what not in the picture old fashion and shrimp tacos!
We found this place on our way home to Jersey! Grateful

This was a great spot. Solid Baha style fish tacos. Enjoyed a fresh spicy Paloma. The only thing that could have been better was atmosphere. Lights were a little bright and there was a basketball game playing that no one was watching. Why not some eclectic music or a cool black and white movie on the screen. ️ either way i would go back.

The lobster pasta, which was around $40, came out with pieces of lobster shell in it.
The chicken penne, priced at about $30, had a strong bitter taste, and I couldn’t even finish half of it.
Additionally, every grilled item we ordered — including the bread and the burger — had very noticeable burn marks and an overwhelming burnt, bitter flavor. It tasted as though the grill had not been properly cleaned.
Last year, even if the portions were small, the food was consistently good, which is why we used to come here from time to time. This year, however, it was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not busy at all — our table was the only one there — so it didn’t seem to be an issue of being overwhelmed or rushed.
I normally avoid complaining whenever possible, but this experience was honestly unacceptable, so I felt I had no choice but to say something to our waiter.
My 14-year-old son, who was with me, even commented that this was the first time in his life he had ever seen me complain at a restaurant.
