I ordered biscuits and gravy cause I saw that people said it was delicious but there’s nothing delicious about 2 little biscuits and canned gravy for $8.00 dollars, NOW I KNOW, if you want delicious cook at home! I doubt if anything is home cooked here.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I was disappointed in the fact that they use bagged lettuce for their salads. It is too full of preservatives for me, and I’m sure a lot of others. Fresh lettuce please, preferably Romaine as it has some nutritional benefits to it, whereas iceberg has none. Now, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. Lol. The restroom was clean. Wasn’t thrilled that it was a men/women restroom, but glad that it looked clean. Please keep it that way. The restaurant also looked clean and nicely decorated. I had the grilled lemon pepper chicken with vegetables. Let me tell you, it was to die for!!! It was some of the best chicken I have ever had as a healthier option. I can’t wait to go back and have some more of it! And, if I find out that they switch over to fresh lettuce, I will give them 5 stars. I also had unsweetened iced tea with Splenda. Yep, they have some great tasting tea as well. My friends also enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was very friendly and always smiling. Great first time experience for me. I highly recommend Chef Ray’s!!!

I’ll say the ladies behind the counter were nice. I ordered lasagna which was fine and looked normal and My girlfriend ordered chicken Alfredo, and in all my life we have never seen Alfredo that looks like this. She didn’t even eat it she threw the whole thing in the trash. I’ll let you be the judge of this swampy looking mess. It was a watery soupy sauce and it looked like curdled cheese or cottage cheese on top.
The red flag should have been when we saw the parking lot was completely empty. The entire time were were there. Literally not one other person pulled up. But they had a 4.5 Star and great reviews.

Highly recommend!! We loved visiting Parlor OKC & were so excited to try Chef Ray’s Street Eats Chicken Kitchen. The Chicken & waffles were the best my husband had ever tasted. The Luigi Chicken was fresh & delicious. The grilled “naked” tenders were juicy and yummy. The French fries were crisp & fresh. The freshly made banana pudding was out of this world flavorful. We can’t wait to return.

The cashier can be a bit rough around the edges sometimes depending on who you get but overall it’s a stellar place to eat and most of not all are super friendly. I’d bring my lover here to eat in any day!

The pot roast with red skin potatoes and carrots is so tender and delicious! The Reuben looked great; one of our group had it and said it was very good. Another person in out group had the rotoni with sausage and said it was also very good. The portions are generous enough that we all came home with leftovers. Our waitress was so attentive and friendly. And the restaurant is very clean and comfortable with very clean restrooms. I definitely would recommend Chef Ray’s Cafe.

We get takeout here once a week, on average. My boyfriend always gets the same, I always change it up. Everything I’ve ever had has been excellent, but my recent favorites are the chicken philly sandwich and the lasagna. He loves the Italian chicken sandwich. Affordable, super big portions, and the food is always so good!

This cafe is great. I went here for lunch with a coworker. I’d suggest getting there before the lunch crowd. We came early and it wasn’t too full but by the time we left, lunch was in full swing and it was very busy. Chef Ray’s Cafe is definitely a local favorite in the area.
We ordered their potato skins as an appetizer. They were very good with cheese, sour cream, and bacon on them. Almost a meal all their own. You’ll like them if you order them!
I had the steak philly sandwich minus the mushrooms and it was very good. One of the best cheesesteaks you’ll find anywhere.
The meat had great flavor, the peppers were good, there was plenty of cheese, and the bun was good. An all around winner. I also had onion rings as a side instead of fries and they were good.
My coworker and I are both from out of town and only here for a short time for a work assignment. The menu here has a lot of appealing sandwiches on it and we’ve already decided to go back again tomorrow to try something different!
