Firstly, the name on my order was not what I stated for the in store order then the number written on my order was “7” not “5”. When I inquired about the staff member was a bit snippy. To top it all off, the tomatoes on both sandwiches were tiny and end pieces. What happened to the “ gourmet” part of the product? Lastly, the pieces continue to soar but quality is slipping and I have been a customer for many years and eaten dozens of subs at JJ’s over time. I likely won’t be a customer again for many months.

Awful. My first time there and the staff wasn’t helpful. I was shocked with how much a 16 inch combo meal costs. Subs are all bread with very little meat and toppings. Ours didn’t taste that fresh. Bread was hard to chew. I wasn’t aware all the subs were made cold either. The desserts were good….that was it. Subway is cheaper and so much better. Oh, and charging me .25 cents for a cup of water?! Every place I’ve ever been to offers free cups of water. This chain seems overrated.

I like Jimmy Johns because you can get any sandwich as an umwich (lettuce wrapped) Got the hunters club with all the freebies like I usually do. I can’t put my finger on it but something was missing. It just didn’t have the same flavor it normally does. They were out of tea an were nice enough to make some but it was the weakest tea I’ve ever had. Dumped it out and drank a diet coke instead. The workers were to busy cleaning up to care about anything else. It was only 7:30pm and they don’t close until 9 but they were ready to lock the doors on me.

We get Jimmy John’s all the time, literally multiple times a month, and have never had an issue with the customer service until today. We live close to 20 miles away from the store, and my wife has an allergy to one of the ingredients that we asked them to remove. We got home and found that it not only had that ingredient but also other ingredients that we asked them not to put on. When we called the store, they said that we call all the time (we have only called the store once, this time) and they refused to help us unless we brought the sandwich almost 20 miles back.

Honestly ruined my night. I was super excited to get jimmy’s again and they was charged for an extra sub, had both of my subs toasted without asking, and had them soak through the paper and the bag and cover my seat cover in whatever was leaking from them. I’m very disappointed and this was at Zanesvilles location.

Tried the Thai Chicken Wrap today. It was delicious! Great flavor and even distribution of the toppings. I ordered 10 minutes ahead via the app. At the speaker I was asked to wait for a minute before they were able to take my order. Once at the window, they asked what I ordered and I informed them of my mobile order. The worker turned back to the staff who then began to make my food. From the time I ordered via the app to when I got my food was approximately 25 minutes. Not Freaky Fast in my mind. Food was great though!

I just discovered the unwich, I am in love with this! The Zanesville store is nice and clean and the employees are fast and have been extremely friendly! Definitely recommend! Edit: I sent feedback to corporate, thanks again for making a great “sandwich” for someone who can’t have the bread in a regular sandwich!

It was alright, not much flavor to be honest. Couldn’t taste the Italian dressing at all. I even asked for more in a cup and the color just looked like vinegar. I also would of liked some banana peppers on my sub but I guess I didn’t realize I had to ask for them. But the employees were nice and the music was great. My hubby said The bathroom was “great” as well
