I ordered wings and a mushroom pizza. Wings were good, but the pizza literally only had one or two slices of mushrooms on each slice. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve ordered mushroom pizzas from Papa Johns’ other locations many times and this has never happened. Why are you skimping on the mushrooms? Absolutely ridiculous.

Made the mistake of ordering from this spot. It took an hour and a half to get to my house, meanwhile the location is 10 minutes from my house. My pizza was cold. I ate 2 slices but was unsatisfied with the quality, asked for a refund and was told it’s my fault for eating the pizza. I shouldn’t have ate it, and laughed at me for complaining. They’re extremely rude, they said they were banning me since I said I wouldn’t want to order from them anymore since my food was crap. Highly unprofessional, and rest assured they don’t care about their customers. I understand things happen, I would’ve even been happy with a partial refund for the slices I did eat but I didn’t even get that far into the conversation before the manager started yelling at me. I chose to hung up because I didn’t want to argue with the guy about something so idiotic. DO NOT order from this spot, unless you want cold pizza and an inferiority complex.

Terrible place for employees, it was 96F today, June 23, 2024 and it felt it was about 140F inside. No AC, the employees were sweating and dripping with sweat. Screenshot the temperature 40 minutes later.
Felt like the employees were punished or working in an unsafe environment. When I arrived home, I noticed I was not given the right order.
The pizza was ok, nothing special. Had better pizza in other Papa Johns.

Whoever is the employee here must get fired. Made a mistake on the order and doesn’t apologize, actually gets mad for asking if the order is complete (was ready to pick up on the app). He has an earpiece in his ear, talking to whoever is on the other line, doesn’t attend to the customer and doesn’t wash his hands making his dough after touching cash, receipts and etc.
Whoever owns this store, or whoever reads reviews from the company must look into this store and customer service. Never had this kind of rude behavior, ever.

For the sake of the brand’s reputation, this employee should not continue working at this location.
I ordered a cheese pizza for carryout and received a notification saying it was ready. But when I arrived, the staff member completely ignored me, being too busy on the phone. I had to interrupt him to ask about my order, and he rudely told me it wasn’t ready. Even after I showed him proof on my phone that the order was ready, he kept cutting me off, pointing his finger at me, and saying, “I’m working alone right now, and your order doesn’t exist—what do you want me to do?”
After some back and forth, he finally found my order and told me he had canceled it. Instead of apologizing, he rudely added, “I refunded your money, so what’s the problem?” His dismissive and defensive attitude was completely unprofessional.
This behavior was rude, unacceptable, and does not reflect well on the brand. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Papa John’s to address this issue immediately.
