I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Upon opening the bag, I found a roach inside the salad plate, which appeared to have been prepared two or three days prior. I called the place and asked to speak with the manager in charge of the location to find a solution, but they just hung up the phone. Be careful when ordering food from this establishment. Who knows what condition thier cooler is in inside the kitchen

Order was transferred to round lake from nundelein. Pizza was very undercooked. Soggy and pretty disgusting when I get it which was on time. But would prefer late if it would have been cooked properly. Never had that issue from other locations

I will never order from this place again. I have been a very regular customer of theirs for years and today will be the last time I EVER order from this place again. I ordered a pizza from them and had it delivered. Opened it and of course it was wrong. Waited an hour to get some else’s pizza delivered to me. Called them to inform them of this and was given the manager who proceeded to tell me no that is what I ordered. At which time I told her no I ordered a just cheese pizza and the woman who took my order even repeated it back to me and said you don’t want nothing on the pizza and I said no just cheese. Now that they got my order wrong manager is actually blaming me for their mistake and instead of me waiting the hour for the pizza now I can wait two hours. So all they can do for me is bring me what I ordered and let me wait two hours to get it. NEVER again will I order from you. This is coming from a customer who has been ordering from you for over 10 years. But with service like this I will go elsewhere where customers are treated right.

First time getting pizza from here. I’m impressed! Been looking for a new pizza place and think I found it! Crust is well made. And I usually don’t like thin crust. It was really good! Ingredients tastes fresh and the pizza isn’t too greasy. Over all, excellent pizza! I ordered a supreme and a small Hawaiian. driver was very nice! Definitely worth the price!

Best vegan pizza hands down! So excited to not only have vegan cheese and sauce but pepperoni, too! Meat-eaters in the house were extremely happy with their deep dish, too. Order was hot and on-time and the store was nice and clean. Our new favorite pizza place!

We ordered 2 pizzas online. A single and a 2 topping pizza. I went to my up my order at the time that it was supposedly ready. When I arrived the order wasn’t even Prep yet. I waited for my 2 pizzas inside the location with no one giving me any updates even when I asked for the status. Very disappointing. I had similar issues couple months ago and I was hoping this time would be different but nothing has changed. Not worth the wait or time. Very disappointing.
