My pizza was cold and old. I was not the person that picked it up cause i would have left it at the counter. I called it in and whoever answered the phone wanted to be smart mouth and we went back and forth.

I ordered a pepperoni Duo New Yorker with extra cup pepperoni, extra cheese and extra sauce. I received a regular pepperoni New Yorker. I wasn’t that expensive but I did pay for the extras and didn’t receive them much less the base pizza that I ordered.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a chicken pasta, there literally just enough noodles to cover the bottom of the pan about 5 extremely small chunks of chicken. It was also very very dry because I guess they still cook it like it’s a full pasta.

Ordered my food at 11:57am for it to be ready at 2:30 p.m. but when I got there my food wasn’t ready I little short man with curly hair was very rude and unprofessional. He told me my ticket wasn’t out and he couldn’t go get it. Finally got my food at 4:00pm if you order on a Tuesday good luck but the other guy was very professional and did it the right way I got my food in it was hot.

truly, the worst pizza from a restaurant i’ve ever had. Flavorless bland crust, cheap tasting marinara/tomato sauce on the pizza, and HARDLY ANY toppings on the pizza. I drive almost an hour to this Pizza Hut for over the course of 3 years. Today was exceptionally good! The pizza was so good, fresh and made just as we requested. This is how all Pizza Hut franchises should be ran. Awesome!

Where is the previous manager at this location? It is now a total S%/+ show! Ordered at 11:25-with my points I only had to pay tax. Tried to pick up at 11:50-not ready but collected the tax in cash. I was told to wait in the car. 12:15 went back in to check-still not ready. I told them to just give the pizza to one of the MANY other people that were waiting. These workers were making food, putting into hotbox and ignoring customers. It was BAD! Have always enjoyed lunch here-will not be back!
