I ordered a bagel with turkey sausage and egg, no cheese. They have me a turkey sausage bagel with cheese, and no egg. I went inside and politely asked for it to be remade and was told to my face that it was MY mistake. Excuse me? I am allergic to dairy. I would never order cheese. I said twice at the drive through NO cheese. So disrespectful and rude, I will never be back.

I was grabbing a couple of croissants for breakfast for me and my son to go to work. And we get torched croissants and hard as a rock. I could barely understand the drive through cashier. She had to repeat several times. Looks like it’s going to be Taco Bell or McDonald’s from now on. Update on 4/10/25: I thought about having one of those breakfast sandwiches from Dunkin Donuts. But then I thought back about how burnt it was last time and decided to go to panera, bread, and this is the way it’s supposed to look like. See photo of everything, bagel sandwich.

As you can see from my other reviews, this is not the place to get and everything right bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. You can go to Panera Bread or I made the choice today. Bixby coffee and they are delicious.
6/27/25. Due to the bad experiences, i have learned to make my own breakfast sandwiches every morning. They are more delicious and made with love. That’s what I expect when other people make my breakfast.

The store messed up. My order did not include a chocolate sprinkle donut I called. Manager said come back when you can and we get you one
Went back today asked for the donut completely refused the free donut, getting it free is not point. I can but a donut it was late in the day. They had stale donuts. Anyways we were buying another things as Very disappointed in the store with their customer service.

Me and my family walked in i was going to get donuts my wife and daughter wanted ice cream.
They were helped right away i had a worker standing right in front of me completely ignored me for over 3 minutes. He looked at me plenty of times while he was making coffee. There were also 2 other employees working the drive thru so the guy that was over on the dignity section should have been able to help me but decided not to
It wasn’t until my wife and daughter got served and i made a loud comment or 2 about how i love being ignored and not getting served
Finally after 4 minutes at least the guy who helped my wife and daughter at the ice cream section came over and got my doughnuts

It’s no wonder Dunkin doughnuts are dropping like flies and going out of business seeing the experience i had i would not blink an eye if they shut down and would smile the employees there do need to be employed acting like that

I can always rely on this Dunkin to get me my coffee quickly even when I’m already running a little late to work. I always spend only a few minutes in the drive thru and they usually are holding my mobile order outside the window as I’m pulling around to grab it!

I literally live right across from the road from here and I come here every day and every day they mess up my stuff and I am so sick of it if you can go to a different Dunkin I would do that because this place is a freaking joke they’ll give you anything to put anything in your drink. They’ll not put stuff on your drink that’s supposed to be in it or on it. Also, your breakfast wraps.

Just bought a bagel with sausage egg and cheese. The bagel is hard as plastic. You can’t even bite into it. This has been the 2nd time I’ve recieved one like this. Been there about a dozen times. Won’t be back. Coffees mostly always burnt to.
