I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s three times. Every time, the order tracker doesn’t work. Then when we get there to pick it up, it is never done in the time as indicated when the order was placed. The order is never correct. They either forget a sauce or flat out screw the pizzas up. And lastly, the staff seems very bothered by the fact that I was there to pick up food I ordered. They were not nice. The most recent incident happened last night when there was absolute chaos there. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing and people were waiting for an hour and half just to get their order started after ordering online or via door dash. I obviously will not be going back, which is unfortunate because my son and I love Papa John’s. This place in Port Orange is very poorly operated by staff who do not actually want to work there. Sorry. I’m done.

Huge shoutout to the two girls that were working the other night! We ordered online and we got there and it was packed with people waiting. Turns out we all got there at the same time bc they got us out in no time! And the pizza…I was expecting mid pizza due to the rush but that was the best pizza, cheese sticks and oreo bites I have ever had from papa john’s. Thank youuu!

I forgot how delicious papa John’s pizza is along with drowning myself in garlic sauce nibbling Peperoncino. Recently ordered about 3 times from this location in the past 2 weeks, don’t judge. Employees are very friendly and always quick to pass off my order with no hesitation. Gentlemen there always serves me, will edit when I go back when i remember his name. Anyways thank you for feeding our family.

I asked for the boneless wings to be extra sauced. I was told they can’t do that because they have lots of sauce on them already. I asked for an extra side of the sauce they told me they didn’t offer those flavors on the side. The wings are far from covered in sauce as seen in the picture. I ordered the spicy garlic stuffed crust and a regular garlic stuffed crust pizza but did not get a flavored stuffed crust. We received plain stuffed crust. I ordered the largest cheese bread offered and was given a single 2 ounce cup of marinara dipping sauce which is far from enough dipping sauce for that size cheese bread. This was a very disappointing experience.

Usually I’m not one to complain because I know what it’s like working in food service. So instead of asking for a refund or a remake of my wings with no sauce on them, I simply asked for some sauce on the side. The lady at the counter told me I had to pay 80 cents for sauce when I didn’t even get the sauce I paid for in the first place. My sauces for my pizza were also wrong, but again I didn’t complain because it’s not a huge deal. I understand, everybody is human, but usually employees should try to fix their mistakes. I will not come back to this location, unfortunately.

Hair in food and refused to refund or replace because we used profanity about our dissatisfaction when told we had to wait an hour and a half foe a replacement pizza and when I went to the store to pick it up faster, because it was 830p, assistant manager refused because profanity was used on the phone.
