I visited the CAVA location on January 9 at approximately 2:31 PM, and I had an excellent experience. The restaurant was very, very, very clean, which immediately stood out and made the environment extremely welcoming. The young lady who greeted me was attentive, kind, and very professional. She followed the correct portion sizes when building my bowl and made the experience pleasant from start to finish.
I also want to highlight how well-stocked the restaurant was—everything was fully available, including the juices, which were filled to the brim. That level of attention to detail is something customers truly appreciate. Overall, this location demonstrated outstanding cleanliness, organization, and customer service. I will definitely be returning.

Great location! Food is always fresh and never any issues with service! All employees work well with each other and handle my order with respect and care! Chloe is always so helpful and kind every time I order at this location. She’s always smiling and greeting customers as they come in. Gambrills is by far my favorite cava location due to how clean and organized everything is and how polite and on top of it all the employees are. 10/10 i will be coming back again for my weekly grains and green bowl!!!

Best Cava in America. I drive 30 minutes everyday to an all star team presenting my meal. I wouldn’t trade this cava for the world. I’ve gone to several cavas across Maryland none of them come close to the cava in Waugh chapel. Peak, you shouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re in a hour radius, the food is just too good.
