I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender box with fries and cole slaw and BBQ sauce. My wife ordered a chicken little. Her sandwich was covered in mayo. I was given mashed potatoes instead of fries and was not given any dipping sauce. I was also not given a receipt.
The store wasn’t busy. I paid over $14 for my tender box alone, it would be nice to actually get what I’m paying for. We don’t go out to eat often, so this was pretty disappointing.

I will start off by saying that KFC is by far my favorite fast food chicken joint hands down. With that being said this location needs to tighten it up a little. The last 2 times I have ordered they have totally messed up my order. I blame it solely on the KIDS working in the back. Both times the girl working the drive thru apologized for them being loud. The last time I came through I asked for a breast and 2 drum sticks with my order. I got 2 drumsticks and a thigh, I called the store and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Tonight I went through and ordered a 4 piece original recipe with green bean and mashed potatoes. I got a 4 piece extra crispy and no mashed potatoes I did however get 4 forks for the small green beans tho. I called in and the girl who answered the phone couldn’t help me and i was told that the manager was to busy to come to the phone. Maybe just maybe if the KIDS in the back would stop playing so much they would be able to get an order complete and correct.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. 12/29/2025, went thru the drive thru and got a large lemonade and 2 sandwiches, 1 spicy and 1 original. I have food poisoning. That is the only thing I ate all day. Coming out both ends. And im trying to get moved. Thanks KFC. YOU SUCK!!!!

I went through the drive through to buy dinner I had placed one order the person at the drive through didn’t ask if that was all he just gave a total. I asked to finish my order then he said is that it? Wasn’t very friendly service and I had to park to wait on my food which was no issue but they did not bring my drink out I had ordered either . Not a very good experience.

Two times, the extra side I ordered was not included. I had planned to stop at the one in Soddy because they can at least get an order correct, but didn’t. Mistake. Tonight, I was told it would be a ten minute wait. It has been almost 40…items missing from the order. The girls are exceptionally rude. This location is horrible and will not get another $50 order of mine wrong as I will happily never return.

Went in to order food they didn’t have what I wanted so only bought my husband’s and went again tonight. Went inside and was ignored . So went through drive thru and the person taking orders was very rude. So I drive off yet AGAIN with no food. I believe I’m done with even trying to order food from there. It’s ridiculous. Get people in there that know how to do there job.

It just gets worse & worse Walked in & every single table was dirty. There was an employee sitting at a table on his laptop…why is an employee taking a break when the store needs attention? There were employees just standing around talking and drinking around food. It’s been a while since I was a restaurant manager, but WOW
I tried the new chicken nuggets today & was very disappointed. They looked nothing like the advertised product (see attached photos) & were a bit rubbery. My potatoes were half empty (third time in a row!). The potatoes, slaw & biscuit tasted delicious however.

Felt like I was robbed. Ordered 3 wing meal, 2 sides, biscuit, small drink, $11. Wings were the smallest wings I ever seen. Sides gotten smaller, biscuit was even smaller. Floors littered with trash and crumbs. Floor greasy and slippery even though a new building. I actually witnessed the manager stick his hand down the back of his pants and repositioned his underwear or something and continue on his merry way, disgusting.

I ordered 3 chicken tenders. The date and time; 08/25/2025. When I opened said box, I returned to the drive-thru, simply reversed my car. Asked employees.. I was then told “This is the way they always look.” They were so overcooked i could hardly taste the chicken. I will from now on go back to Hardee’s! They have awesome tenders, and they’re also more economical!
