Everything was so good. Everyone was happy! The service was wonderful. We got a turkey wing dinner (with macaroni and cheese and collard greens), a fried chicken dinner (with macaroni and cheese and collard greens), candied yams and banana pudding. Also loved having a frozen cup. That brought back such good memories. Thank you! ❤️ Can’t wait to come back!

Ordered on Uber Eats. My boyfriend ordered the Oxtails (he’s been wanting them for the last several days) with rice, Mac and cheese and collard greens. I ordered the fried pork chop with rice, Mac and cheese and collard greens. Everything was great! We had it for left overs today (at least my part since I don’t eat very much). I appreciate them calling me when they were out of cabbage. We will definitely be ordering or stopping by again. Thank you so much!

I just can’t spend anymore money with her. Sorry. I am trucker and this is how I live out here on the road. When someone mess over me once. I’ll never order from them again. I didn’t even say anything about my price. It was worth $65.00 dollars at all. I have been trucking for 24yrs and never had anyone to do me that way. Every truckdriver that was in there that day. We all said the same thing. We will put the police on you. Peterbilt has your tag number and color of your vehicle. You running around lying about a restaurant that is open and not. Yes we did call the cops.

Auntie’s kitchen is not too bad of a restaurant the cabbage and collard greens was okay and needed to be seasoned more. There was nothing really special about the oxtails just to be honest. But as you can see in the pictures they do got different variety of food. Update** sorry I forgot to put in this review that the customer service at the restaurant is a 5 star.

If you want some good ol soul food and a hug from Auntie you gotta come here! You won’t get linen table cloths but you also won’t need to eat for 3 days! Brought a young man I know from CA (playing O tackle for FAMU) and he didn’t even finish his plate!

Yes!!! I in town for traveling. Wanted some good soul food. Found this place it was easy to get to from the hotel I’m staying. I ordered oxtails, greens, yams and cornbread. When I tell you it is delicious bring me bk to grandmas house on Sunday dinner. Thank you this really touch my soul.

(As to your response about how the food was, not even acknowledging the fact that you guys messed up, the food was mediocre at best. The meatloaf was tough and had no flavor. I’m rating a 2 because I loved her energy. I ordered oxtail, white rice, mac n cheese, collard greens & corn bread. My husband ordered smothered pork chop, yellow rice, greens, lima beans & corn bread. We paid $40. My food had 0 flavor. The greens were spicy from peppers that were added, but tasteless. The oxtail were mostly bone & fat. The Mac n cheese was watery, I only ate 1 spoonful, my husband tried it & he too said it was watery. I couldn’t eat the cornbread which hurt my feelings because I LOVE cornbread. My husband said the gravy to the smothered pork chop was super salty, the beans were undercooked & everything else was nasty. We threw out majority of it. I wanted to try the place because I love greens, but I was highly disappointed. She was a nice lady though.

My husband and I purchased a deal from Groupon for $9.00 x 3. Glad we did save $9.00 off the oxtails meal, beans, greens and a side of mac and cheese. The place was empty no one came in and it was around 12:30 lunch time. (Big red flag) The oxtails were tender, that’s the only positive. The oxtails were salty, the food didn’t taste or appear to be freshly cooked. I mentioned to the owner the only other person present that the food was salty. She said it is? Sorry she replied. My husband ate as much as he could force himself since we’d paid about $22.00. The Mac and cheese I ordered wasn’t good at all as it had tons of black pepper in it and it tasted vinegary for some strange reason. We left with the remainder of the food as my husband didn’t want to toss it in front of her. My husband isn’t picky about food at all but this he trashed at the next grocery store trash we went to. This was not a good visit and we have $18 more off a meal. Guess we’ll take a L!
