Scooter’s is my go-to coffee. I was so disappointed in this location. I order a 16oz matcha latte with strawberry. When I reviewed my drink, the cup had so much ice I couldn’t get my straw in. And once the foam settled the liquid in my drink only filled half the cup. I was so disappointed to only get about 4oz matcha.

Is leave lower than 1 star if it was possible. Was travelling and Drove through on Feb 22 ordered a single cup of coffee. The attendant charged me $47.13. When I told him it was the wrong amount he told me there was nothing he could do because there system doesn’t allow them to correct errors. I asked to speak to the manager and a young lady who said she had just been hired and it was basically her second day and again there wasn’t anything they could do without reaching out to corporate. They did not have a number for me to call but she promised me she would reach out to them and get back to me the next day. It’s been 4 days and no call. I tried to look up a customer service number for Scooters but they just push you to their website which has a crappy unhelpful system. I tried to call the location directly and got a message telling me the inbox was full and then got hung up on. Scooters corporate is another example of a company that doesn’t really care about their customers or their employees. They stick people in their boxes and don’t give them the tools or training to solve problems and them make sure there is no way for their customer to resolve an issue. Called my credit card company and disputed the charge so hopefully will get a resolution that way. There are plenty of other coffee shops around and scooters has lost me as a customer.

I really don’t review places because honestly mistakes happen but over the past few months ive become increasingly frustrating with my experience at this scooters. This location is very close to where I work so I can stop on my way home but nearly everytime ive gone my order is messed up in some way. Today which really pushed me to make this review, my husband ordered ahead and when we got my drink it didnt have whip like it should’ve, easy fix, I annoyed my husband to get it fixed and he did, then I finally tried my drink after the 10 ish minutes home and its wrong. I tasted banana instantly and as someone who despises the taste of banana, I knew thats what it was but I had my husband taste it too. I just got off work and made it home and frankly dont have the time to go back out to get it fixed right now. This was just extremely disappointing after all the other incidents ive had. The staff is quite friendly but the product is just not translating.

I would give it five stars but this new girl was slow and ruined my food. I even saw her drop my everything bagel on the door of my car and hand it to me. Please talk with her, I know your other staff is better then this

They can NEVER make their drinks right. I worked at a different Scooters and I’ve never once tasted any difference in any of the carmelicious’ I made. But everytime I order here they seem to just do whatever recipes they want and hope for the best. It NEVER tastes right. And it’s annoying because I’ve spent a lot of money at this place just for the worst tasting drinks to be given to me.

Had two drinks ordered, both did not look like the picture/ as advertised. Sad looking drinks with barely any whipping cream even though they just handed it to me so it wasn’t already melted or anything. Did Taste good though. Still rather go to other scooters that care more.

After waiting in line for about five or 10 minutes, I get to the front of the line and they tell me they don’t have coffee. It’s gonna take another 510 minutes after already charging me for the coffee also could not refund me proceeded to give me lemonade with no ice. I’ve left several bad reviews for this place because every time I come to this particular location it’s a problem. Seriously, I have been here consecutive times and they don’t have coffee

The wait time in line was unexpectedly excessive. Upon finally reaching the service window, I was informed that one of the drinks would need to be remade due to contamination. When I declined the replacement, the employee simply acknowledged it without offering an alternative—yet still charged me for the item. Given the poor product quality and disappointing customer service, I will not be returning.

i’m only giving 3 stars because of one girl. everyone else there is so wonderful and i enjoy talking with everyone while getting my coffee! i go there almost everyday and haven’t been having any issues until recently, the girl working the cash register the past couple times hasn’t been friendly. definitely disappointing when i’ve only received friendly service before this 🙁

I’m not a morning person…like at all, but the people working at Scooters appear to be anytime people. I’ve never had a bad experience here and they always double check the orders. If I was going to get bad news I’d want the people here to break it to me because they’re that positive. They’re the Chris Traeger’s of the coffee world.
