Chef from boston and exceeded definitely. Hard to find once turn into shopping center. Think sign has fallen down. House made dough so delicious and crisp. All items have great explanations of food items.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is beyond fantastic! My boyfriend and I just happened to be in the area, starving, and decided to pop in. It was almost closing time and they welcomed us in giving great suggestions on the food. The selection is huge! We chose to go with a 2 person pizza special which was very affordable. Not only was the food amazing the staff was a delight. The chef Mark even came out and met us personally and made us a fresh cannoli on the spot! We will be back several times with friends and family and can’t wait to try all of the deliciousness on the menu! Thank you!

This place is awesome. Best place in Valley Center hands down. The pizzas are phenomenal, the pastas are excellent with hand prepared sauces from scratch. By far the best tap list as well for beer. They constantly change out taps and offer quality brands. Definitely worth a stop.

Pizza was great, both my daughters loved it (which is rare).
Never had been here before but will go again soon.

My wife and I have ordered pizza here for takeout on a few occasions. The pizza has been consistently very good, with nice cheese and excellent toppings. It is a thin crust style, and very savory.
Our only bad experience was ordering chicken wings. They were very much over cooked, and obviously so with burnt-black skin and shriveled appearance. But…

Come in on Thursdays for live music and great pizza! The beer selection is also very good with many local beers on tap and with great prices. I’ve tried several items on their menu such as the Italian grinder sandwiches and calzones. All very good and very filling.

Visited for a fundraiser. Sat out on the patio, it’s a large area for big groups and possible team parties and plenty of natural light. The interior is a bit dark though and not so inviting. But I’m glad something decent took over this spot where Jags used to be. There needs to be more casual places to eat in Valley Center. We had the classico and pepperoni pizza. Pepperoni was good, I’m am happy to report, since it is hard to make a bad pepperoni pizza. Classico was a bit more soggy than I wanted.with that said, the ingredients are fresh.
They had a good selection of craft beer/cider on tap as well as what is available in bottles or cans.

The ranch alone deserves 5 stars! Every time we’ve ordered a pizza for work lunch it’s been delicious and fast. Not a huge red sauce fan but theirs is tasty and not too sweet or wine heavy like some are.

My wife and I stumbled onto this place on accident and we are glad we did. We ordered a plain pie and chicken parmesan sandwich. Both were really good, like on NY level good. The owner was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be coming back.
