Was at this location fri,June 27 around 2. One super employee working. Organized, clean and very friendly. She certainly deserves a bonus. The store would have been closed if it weren’t for her, yet being overwhelmed with customers did not keep her from being happy and keeping each order straight and still a smile on her face. We need more employees like her!!

Interesting that the picture is not what it actually looks like. The staff are always super friendly and nice to my son who is usually with me. They pay attention to detail and the store is always clean. They also always honor the coupons or deals that some don’t.

The last 3 times I went here have been tweakers working.One woman with a book bag who charged me $18 for the same thing I always get which is only $7 and some change.The sweet tea isn’t sweet no more and my food was disgusting.I wish I could talk to the owner,it typically is never this bad just the last few times

Ordered online and picked up in drive-thru and the gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and I will for sure be going back to this location in the future because he was so cool.
**update** just picked up order and just like last time the customer service was amazing. This time it was a female and she was so pleasant. It’s so important to have good representation of a company and who they hire because a lot of the times people are inconsiderate and rude so knowing that Subway employees such awesome employees at this location will ensure that I will continue to use this location.

Our experience was so great here! Staff were so kind and truly made our experience- we’d gone to a couple Subways before this and none of them were open or had any of the ingredients we wanted. These guys bent over backwards to prepare good meals for us and create a great experience. We are all the way from the other side of the bridge (Peoria) but we will be back for SURE!! Thanks guys 🙂

Went inside on June 2 2025 for a quick sandwhich on my 20 minute lunch break. The lady was on the phone she said just a moment I’m like okay sure fine 5 minutes pass & in like okay maam not trying to be rude but I only have so much time go back to waiting probably another 5 minutes & peeked back to see she’s on the phone the whole time said it was a very important phone call, never got off the phone so twistee treat got my pm money today!

This is the worst Subway location in the area. I have tried to go through the drive thru on 2 separate occasions recently. The first time, no one answered at all and there was only 1 car in the parking lot. I drove off and saw the employee in the window as I went by. She just looked at me. Wasn’t helping another customer, but couldn’t even acknowledge that there was a customer in the drive thru. I tried again today, and after a couple minutes of waiting in the drive thru with no one acknowledging me, I said hello and the woman said “go inside if you want service.” I thought that was very rude. It’s not easy for me to go inside, as I have a small child. I understand if you’re busy and understaffed, but at least put a sign in the drive thru or acknowledge the customer that’s sitting there waiting, in a nice way. Don’t just ignore them and hope they go away. But I won’t be back there again. Clearly they don’t want business.

I went to pay today and the total came out to $11.16 and I paid with a $20 bill. The person working at the counter took my 20 and looked at the cash register and asked me if I had $2 more so I gave him the $2. He handed me a $10 and then walked away without giving me the rest of my change and went to see the next customer. He didn’t ask if I wanted my coins or not. He just didn’t give them to me which was very disrespectful I n my opinion. He should’ve given me my change.

Ordered a sandwich 20 minutes before I got there and it was cold. The pickup time was 1:30 and I showed up exactly at 1:30 and the sandwich had clearly been sitting there since I ordered it.
Restaurants are trying to push people to use their app/order online and then they pull this kind of stuff. This is not the first time it’s happened to me here either.

I hope the owner of this store reads this, because one of your employees deserves a raise in my book…I just have to say that, Kendrick (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is the nicest, most patient, and considerate young man that I have met in quite a long time. When I’m hungry for Subway in the future, I will go out of my way to come back to this location just because I might get lucky that Kendrick’s working and he will brighten my day! Keep up the great work that great attitude bud!!
