The area is very nice and clean, and the space feels welcoming ;a place where you could easily sit with friends and enjoy coffee. The building looks brand new and is very attractive.
That said, my experience ordering coffee was disappointing. I like to place detailed coffee orders, and I usually bring a receipt or reference from Starbucks to clearly explain what I want. I understand that not every café can make every drink exactly the same, and that’s completely fine ,I would just appreciate being told politely if something can’t be done.
Unfortunately, during my visit, the two employees working seemed annoyed while I was ordering. Communication was difficult, and my drink did not come out correctly. I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable, so I didn’t ask for it to be remade, but that meant I ended up wasting money.
For me, customer service is very important. A friendly attitude, patience, and clear communication go a long way ,especially when customers are trying their best to explain their order. Even a simple smile and reassurance make a big difference.
I’m giving two stars for now, but I’m willing to give this place another chance. I hope next time the experience is more welcoming and that staff can work patiently with customers when there’s a communication challenge. If that improves, I’d be happy to update my rating.

My MIL was coming by for her and my daughter and all I asked for was a white chocolate mocha, almond milk, lt whip, (blonde)1ex shot blonde espresso, lt foam, lt whip. Why did I receive the correct order on the sticker on the cup, but within was dark roast, burnt. I dont understand how that happens. Its clearly there on the label.

This is a great spot for studying or getting work done. The large table is a fantastic feature, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I’m glad to have a new location to work from—especially since the nearby alternative hasn’t been ideal. Hoping this location maintains its quality over time.

Overall great new starbucks location! Went in 2 different days, back to back, The first day i went in about 5:00, was very quiet and I didn’t stay long. nice look to it, sleek and modern and music wasn’t to loud, but it was a bit dirty (trash left on table & floor needed to be swept) but I could have always came after a rush so its understandable, but the 2nd day it was much cleaner and I was there from about 12:20 to 2 and they was a decent amount of costumers, workers were very friendly to customers and other co-workers. Very happy they opened up, It’s gonna do great business!

This is Myles. He is harness trained and very well behaved. He has been going everywhere with us the past year — Target, Walmart, pet stores, ice cream shops, and other Starbucks locations. People love him and he is welcome everywhere . . . until today. To my embarassment, he was asked to leave your store, a location I frequent. I suppose if Myles isn’t welcome, neither am I.
