Ordered a cup of Mac sauce just like my receipt said and received this. 1/3 filled up asked if I can ge some more on and was trying to charge more for. I donated any order rounded up but if I didn’t do that I would have been able to afford it. Lesson learned don’t round up or ever come to this chain. Very disappointed I’ll make sure to spread my experience

The person who took my order rang it up wrong. I ordered a big arch burger and I received a big Mac burger. No big deal I thought they would just make a new one or exchange it but Noooop called someone else over and that girl had an attitude from hell (black shirt, Mexican looking) extremely rude like it was my fault and rude to the person who rang my order up wrong. Went through all the hassle of refunding me the money for a big Mac, signing a receipt and re paying for a big arch. Holding up the lines and making me miss more time of dinner with my family. It was nice watching them all eat. So then I tell them, I used a 20% discount on my original order, id like my 20% on this big arch im being forced to pay for now. That was a big deal too. Since when did mcdonalds and their workers start acting like this?

Pretty simple order of a double cheeseburger with extra pickles. It was repeated back to me correctly and upon payment I was asked to pull into a spot to wait for my meal. I get my meal, and shame on me for driving away without looking, and there are ZERO pickles. Word to the manager, if you’re going to make someone wait for a one item order and the only change to said item, is to add a couple extra pickle slices, it would speak volumes to how you train your employees to make sure that the order is correct.

You have 4 cars in line and have them all park to make your drive through times look fast instead of actually getting the job done. Waited for 10+ mins before getting our food and still had missing items and luke warm soggy food.
