An hr until closing time. Everyone is cleaning. My daughter ask me she needs to use the bathroom. I go over and needs a code so I ask the the cashier to open it for us. Her answer was “oh we just mop so can’t let you, floor is wet.” I’m there confused like seriously. My five year old daughter. I can’t have her hold it. And her answer was still the same and to wait 20-30 until dry. Until one of the crew members who was vacuuming ask what’s going on. Told her what happen. And she open the door. All she said was still wet just be careful. Period.

I’ve been a customer at this location for years because the food is consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the lead supervisor (not the manager) is consistently disrespectful, which reflects poorly on the entire establishment. It’s frustrating that such great food is paired with such unprofessional behavior, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming.

The people who work there were friendly and the food tasted good. My main concern was the cockroach crawling on our table. I understand how hard it is to keep them out but it was really gross. Makes me wonder if I see 1 during the day how many actually live there. I brought it to the attention of the staff and nothing was said. I thew it away.

When called at 8;30 pm to order my pizza the phone rang 6 times and then the hung up on me. I called again and again until finally someone answered and said “We ran out of pizza dough” Never again will I order my pizza from there!

This is probably the worst Round Table Pizza on the planet. The last two times that I tried to call in an order, nobody would answer the phone. I wonder if the owner knows how many orders they are missing out on. I actually had to walk in and place an order. The pizza was late both times. Tonight, they almost gave me the wrong pizza. I used to work for Round Table Pizza in the past and this location doesn’t live up to the standard. I’ll drive to the south main st. location from now on. The pizza itself, had almost no sauce on it. If you like Round Table Pizza, order from the other location.

The restaurant was clean and not busy at 5PM for dinner. We got our pizza in good time. It was a half garden delight, half cheese. Unfortunately, some of the garden toppings landed on the cheese side, which can be a deal breaker for picky kids. Helpful staff. Would come again.

Called multiple times to place my order and no one picked up my call. When I showed up I asked the cashier if their phone was working and she said yeah. I let her know i had been calling and she simply replied “oh the call didn’t go through”.. lies, I sat waiting for my order and their phone kept ringing and not one of the workers bothered to answer the phone.

USed to love this place. Was my goto Round Table… But WAY TOO MANY times these people get my pizzas wrong!. Last week they got my order wrong I called in. Claimed they couldnt bring me my right order cause “they were all out of dough” They claimed they would honor me with a 50 percent off coupon if I called in next time…. Called in about 5 days later. They try and act like I’m lieing to them saying “its not in the computer” I’m over these people…. They always get my order wrong anyways… LAst 4 out of 6 orders….. Stay far away from this place

How do allow a customer to place an order, pay for it and then make something different because its no longer available without notifying the customer. After a 14 hour day and hungry, this was very disappointing. Bad customer service to a loyal customer. Can anyone recommend a tasty, decent priced pizza place with good customer service? This isnt the first time they ruin dinner. Don’t want to go through this again. I also agree, the pizza quality is not worth the price.

Prices have always been high, but now it’s absolutely ridiculous. Place is dimly lit and feels empty as well, making it feel odd to dine in as well.
They also don’t offer their lunch buffet anymore, defeating the only real purpose to visit as well as save money. Not gonna order here again or come in. Avoid this place.
