Every time I’ve ordered from this location, the pizza is either uncut, or not cut all the way. If you are going to work at a pizza restaurant either small business or chain, you should know how to cut a pizza properly, I shouldn’t have to be cutting the slices my self and finishing what I had paid for. Not only is the cutting horrible, the pizza is almost always stretched incorrectly, a medium looks like a small and large looks like a medium, and the whole rim of the pizza is smudge in, it’s not even a full circular shape like a papa johns pizza is supposed to be. You would think a shift manager or GM of the shift would notice, but sometimes I think they just let it get sent out cause they don’t care or don’t want to train their co-workers. Until this changes (which it hasn’t within the 3 years I’ve ordered here) then this will remain 1 star. I do not recommend this place.

Delivery is by Door Dash – they don’t tell you that when you order. Ordered at 4:59pm. Didn’t go out for delivery until 5:43, strangely, the exact time I was talking to “the manager” about when my order was because when placing the order. I was told it would be delivered by 5:45. Didn’t get delivered until 6:13 because delivery driver went to the wrong apartment complex first, even though the name and address of my complex is clearly on a huge sign out front. Then I had to text the driver my apartment number because he said it wasn’t showing on his Door Dash app. By the time I got my pizzas, they were cold. Unrealistic delivery expectations set when ordering. And honestly, the pizzas were not worth the price or the wait! Will not order from Papa John’s again!

I ordered DoorDash through the Papa John’s app and never received my food. I went to the store location and both of the workers I encountered were kind and helpful. Not only helped replace my stolen/lost order, they gave me a free pizza for the inconvenience. I ordered a heart shaped pizza and they did not disappoint. Super cute, uncut however. Great experience and super friendly people! My only one complaint is when I called the store, no one picked up. Even after calling numerous times.

This Papa Johns is right next to our Stepping Stone day care, so I picked some up before the College Football Championship. WOW!!! I got the six cheese pepperoni and sausage, and it was amazing. They added tons of flavorful cheese. The dough was so fresh. I swear they have improved the pepperoni and sausage. With it being so convenient, I am going to be getting this all the time.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Uber eats for a single order of cheese sticks. That’s right ONLY an order of CHEESE STICKS. I waited 2 hours for this order. Do better. No one should wait 2 hours for a single order of cheese sticks. And when they finally arrived this is what they looked like lmao.

Just received practically a piece of coal instead of my pizza, picture attached. And honestly the inability to set a timer and not burn food is one thing, but the audacity to put that in a box and send it out is a completely different issue. One and done with this place – never again. And keep the garlic knots, if that’s what you did to my pizza I don’t even want to guess what could be wrong with those.

We ordered a couple of pizzas, just now…. and when it arrived… this type of service is unacceptable… Truly, this is the 3rd time this bull has happened… Papa John’s, the ball is in your court…. ((And we didn’t even get to get the garlic sauce that comes with it, sheesh….))
