The chicken Alfredo is great. Creamy and seasoned well. The breadsticks were good, but I’d recommend to eat them while they’re still fresh. The place was nice and vibrant. Brittany was our server. She was wonderful and attentive. Keep up the great work!

I was incredibly excited to have this location open in Sand Springs. It was a MUCH needed addition to the variety of food options in this area. While I have only eaten inside a couple of times (which went well), I have probably ordered curbside at least two dozen times since opening. I’ve waited so long to leave this review hoping they could smooth out the kinks of a new operation. But months later, the experience (mainly curbside) is sadly inconsistent. Having multiple children in the home we often order kids meals. In those meals you may get a lot of sauce, or barely any. You may get two pieces of broccoli or you may get six. The silverware you asked for?…50/50 chance. Same for straws. Diet Coke is frequently out of service and most recently replaced by something they say is diet coke, but sure doesn’t taste like it. The inside atmosphere is beautiful. The taste of the food is great and the kids meal options keep us coming back. But man, the unenthused curbside folks and the inconsistent service is making it hard to stay a customer. It doesn’t help when Chick fil a is across the street and knocks everything out of the park…every. single. time. I haven’t given up yet…I hope this honest review helps bring improvement.

Last nights experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Everything was right on point. Breadsticks were hot and soft. The salad was cold crisp and loaded with black olives, onions and croutons. The shrimp fettuccine was extra creamy and loaded with shrimp.
Great Job on a Monday night.

I wouldn’t suggest going in a group. 15 bread sticks for 21 people and 2 salad bowls for 21 but 8 got salad. The female waitress fixed everything when we finally asked. Food was good. Service was disorganized. People were done eating when others got their food. We ordered in a first group but same orders went to later orders. What a mess.

We had a birthday dinner for a party of twelve ON Valentine’s Day and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were seated immediately, served plenty of salad and breadsticks to hold us over until everyone arrived and were seated. They even put the cake that we brought in the cooler until we were ready for it. At the end of the meal they brought out a free dessert for the birthday person, then lit the candles and brought our cake out and sang happy birthday. We had a great time and look forward to going again.

We were served by Jessica, she was absolutely amazing. We came in with our toddler, and when Jessica brought the salad and breadsticks, she brought a bowl of grapes for my baby. Without being asked might I add. When I did ask about a fruit bowl, she made it happen. Not only did two adults enjoy our lunch, but Jessica made sure our toddler did as well.

I must say Emily our waitress was so nice and attentive to our parties needs today when we went in for lunch for my mother in law’s 94th birthday. However when our main courses arrived I asked for clarification regarding the portion size of my meal. I purchased the dinner portion in mind for leftovers and our waitress said she’d get a manager. There were others in our party who did purchase the lunch portion and what was put on the plate resembled their portion. When I asked the managers about the portion size, not only was her offered solution stated in a very condescending manner, but also argumentative when I simply stated I frequent the Olive Garden in Utica Square. And there portion size seemed quite different for the same meal. She stated to me that they use the correct utensils to measure thier portions and they are a newer establishment, and that she can’t control what other establishments do. She did however have the kitchen make a small side of pasta and sauce, she did comp the price of said items, however being someone in sales myself dealing with customers daily and wanting my clients happy and wanting them to return, her attitude was less than polite under the circumstances. From now on we will drive the additional 15 minutes to Utica Square verses returning to the Sandsprings location which is about 7 minutes from my home. I wish this would not have been the out come for our lunch, however it was, and would rather not take the chance of future issues here. This is our second time trying this location, the first time was right after they opened and the service on that visit was a nightmare, they did however correct that staffing issue as Emily was at the top of her game and service today. Her manager however was not.

This was our first and probably our last time to visit this Olive Garden. First, once we were seated, they asked about a drink order. We wanted wine, so we asked her to come back. Another person came and heard us discussing the wine and proceeded to try and give us wine suggestions. We are mid-60’s. We know what wine we like. My husband told them twice, we got this.
We placed our order. Soup, salad and chicken Alfredo.
First, the soup and bread sticks were great. The salad was so full of onions, croutons, olives, peppers and hardly any lettuce. We even told the waitress. She said “I know, but the salads are pre-made”. Next, our dinner came. Keep in mind, this was about 6:45 pm on Saturday. Our meals were only luke warm, the pasta looked dried out, and the sauce wasn’t creamy. We barely ate it. We took it home in hopes we can revive it some how. I don’t know how long it sat, but it was not fresh at all.
The waitress was very apologetic, but that’s it.

This location is hands down the best in Oklahoma! We dont eat OG often but the last 2 visits here have been great. The waitstaff goes above and beyond. The food came quickly. Never had to wait for our server to come by if we needed anything. We had a large party tonight and it was by far the best experience with this OG crew!
