My 2nd time 1/7/26 1pm cst here and the customer service was not good at all: no greeting, got the order wrong (no apology ) and had to swipe my card a 2nd time to pay the difference in order to correct the error.
My order was brought to the table and server just placed it there without a word lol or a look at me. Dang like at least say here you go! or enjoy your meal! Or something lol
Also, I don’t like that when you dine in you are given to-go containers to eat out of.
Like what! lol
Anywho my 1st experience was great over all and great customer service experience.
I’ll just order to go for my future visits

F&F is one of my favorite places. The hibachi steak is absolutely amazing. I have a hard time trying other things as the steak is so good. We’ve been to many of the locations in the DFW, this one has some really awesome decor. The truck tailgate seating is an awesome piece of nostalgia!

We came for dinner around 5 PM on a Thursday and there was no wait or line. We ordered gyoza and edamame as appetizers and had the chicken and steak hibachi for our entrees. It was all delicious and contrary to some of the other reviews, affordable too. We spent $45 including the tip.
The service was great and there’s a whole lot dedicated to parking!

Got the chirashi bowl for my first experience. It was decent, but I would not get it again. It wasn’t bad but also didn’t taste good. I’ll have to try the other offerings.
This place is small and seems to be popular with the businesses nearby for people to come for a quick lunch. It got pretty busy mid-noon with no seats left. People also order and pick up often it seems.
Service is pretty fast and had no issues, so if you need quick, this is a good place.
Overall, decent.

Drove 45 minutes just to eat here. We loved what we had from their food truck so we decided to go to the storefront. Did not disappoint. Food is great. As with all places these days, the pandemic is affecting the hours and the menu. We hope to dine here again soon.

Good food, a little pricey for a bowl in my opinion $11 after tax no drink. There was a good amount of food and it did taste good. The pot stickers were an odd touch and I could have done without, maybe have those as an add on item and lower the price?

This place is great for fresh grilled foods. My husband & I got a Hawaiian bowl, Squid Salad, & Steak Hibachi with noodles. It was fantastic! The food came out hot & quick too. This would be a great place to order a quick takeout, & the service is awesome!

The food wasn’t good, at all. The best thing I had was the sauce for the gyoza. Everything else was sub par. The chicken was chopped so small and you barely got any.. and no seasoning AT ALL. The steak was chewy and again, no seasoning. The rice was trash.. overcooked. The noodles were overcooked and had no flavor. The veggies were alright, I guess. Again I wanted to love it, but it’s a hard pass for me.

I want to say I was not expecting this place to be good and LORD they proved me wrong!!!
My bowl was $5 and it was massive! I got two meals out of it! Well worth it, especially when you can get a good value. We will be coming back and being pleasantly surprised again.
